TXP - surprise funding today.
A slow burn for 23 and my top pick for the best performer next year in terms of a balanced return from these SP levels.
Average in now and imo you will do v well in a years time because the HCās are there; they have an ops plan and have now brought forward expo drilling with the funding!
Have a look at the corporate presentation and the low risk multibagger potential!
Thatās the thing. The market is not fair!
Buyers now that CAN average in over the next 4-6 weeks and leave a pot in there for at least a year will imo be at least 100% up after a year. Thatās a doubling of their money and I expect much much more!
For sure there are other higher bag opportunities out there but the point is look at this (or any) share from a downside v upside risk.
TXP following this accelerated bookbuild and proven HCās are in a very unique position. The SP was hammered, rightly following slow progress in T&T but lessons, not all no doubt, but many many lessons have been learnt!
I think 52-54p will be the absolute bottom. But I donāt expect to see flipping here of the placing shares at this level because they have gone so cheap! Placees will likely have at least a run up to 100p in mind and will likely hold a core beyond that.
This is not imo your usual placee derisk scenario. Thats where they sell as soon as in profit!.
For sure this type of investor seldom hold 100% to the end but my point is you can buy around their price now and they would want a profit on top of any terms advantage.
Averaging in at 55, 60, 65 and keeping your other 25% in case it goes lower over time is not a bad ploy!
Itās how I build a longer term hold position and has served me well!
Anyways, obviously I have to declare I have a substantial long term position here. I also bought more today.
My posting motive is solely to bring a potential opportunity to the notice of other PIās with the caution that it is a longer term hold.
My price target Dec next year is 200p bad with a low of 150p!
