We have had this before if one remember before the splitting up of the group ie transport being hived off.
Tinkler does not understand corporate goverance and wants to play silly with shareholders funds inc bonus’s etc.
All this is going to cost large sums of legal bills and is diversionary to day to day business.
Just sink him, but that won’t happen, this will go on and on until he has control and brings in the transport again.

Perhaps the sales of products in store is gradually reducing as customers realise how expensive they are!! Vets in store is a Franchised operation as are the Pet Gooming operations Perhaps the loss of Mr Davis's as CEO vision and empowement is starting to show The current CEO has been in Pets a long time and does not have what it takes commercially!! Also it's American owners may not be the right people although they appear to have done well with Boots but it's a different mkt place Good luck - this had not bottomed out yet

Well yesterday's results have set this share price alight!!! NOT As I said previously - not going anywhere

Talking Nonsense - I hope not after many decade of experience in the industry running very large fleets!! It is normal practice for haulage bossiness to have fuel escalator clauses in the contracts so that when fuel goes up in price so do the haulage rate to compensate for that increase like - likewise when the fuel price drops your haulage rate drops. This has been a normal way of dealing with a large eliminate of running costs in vehicle costings - talking nonsense am i? Comments on Tinklers major share offload yesterday???

What I forgot to say - I wonder what per centage Tesco is of the Transport turnover? When Tesco has it's sort out I wonder who will catch onto the high percentage of the distribution is being done by one company - I would not allow it - Tesco have used Stobart to break the union stranglehold that they had over Tesco resulting in high wage costs. Stobart have brought the hourly rate down to a little over min wage

This is such a well run company - had my doubts about its new chairman but I accept he's has pulled the company through the storm and it is seriously growing - undervalued - I remember when these shares were in excess of £12 before Mr Wareing ran for cover - do not think he would have had the balls for what they have been through. Biggest threat - takeover by one of the big car rental business who wil F the business up

Some interesting comments, however the drop in fuel price will not help this group as they only own 49per cent of the new transport company and their contracts will have fuel escalators so when the fuel price God up they are duly compensated and in turn when the price reduces so will their charges to their clients - nil gain The airports are a no no - do not see and huge payback for what has been a huge investment and the Biomass business is also on a hiding to nothing with fuel prices reducing and shale gas will lower it much further In all not a good picture - happy gambling
