Gave a good explanation on another thread.
Straight dox and cleaved dox are the same. But the fact that straight dox enters via a vein and Ava6000 dox “enters” at the tumour micro environment (mostly), makes a huge difference. We don’t understand the full impact of this (though Avacta might), other than of course the astronomic plus which is in essence Precision.
However, unlike Thorn, I’m not sure it matters in the grand plan.
