I have never said I made loads. I made average gains investing my money elsewhere. The key point is that i didn’t continue ploughing money into Avacta as the SP kept falling. So therefore I had a decent wad to invest at 30p. And yes I did miss the 20p lows.

At the end of the day what they hate is that largely over the past 5 years our concerns have been well founded and as such we have benefited financially.

They cannot change that fact. Neither can they dispute the current SP.

Desperate for what. If the super excellent P1b results come out before 15 Jan and precipitate a super excellent licence deal then no one will be happier than me. Except perhaps the cancer sufferers that are set to benefit. If they don’t then, depending on my new risk analysis, I might buy more shares at a very favourable SP.

For most of the last 4 years a lot of people didn’t learn from anyone’s mistakes and just kept on buying as the SP fell lower and lower. While another small group who weren’t in love with the share . . . .

No. The point is trying to understand what has been happening to inform the clinical trial process and therefore improve our ability to understand what might happen next.

You’ve generally ignored us for 3 years (well not ignored, just tried to shout us down) and that is why your average buy price is so high.

I pointed out the concerning shift of emphasis away from AVA6000 months ago. AVA6000 has proved that the Precision platform works and it may well be an excellent treatment for TNBC. But we need some excellent unequivocal statically relevant data. Ideally independently peer reviewed. It continues to elude us.

If excellent P1b data is not published this year, then Avacta will be lucky if the SP stays above 30p. They cannot afford to release another “jam tomorrow “ RNS.

So AVA6000 somehow “lodges” on the tumour surface and that is how is has extended half life of doc. So I guess something like 50 hours. What is the rate of cleaving of AVA6000? What proportion of the AVA6000 dose is cleaved? There are still so many questions

I do, and that is why I accept that there are risks. Some others on here obviously think they are gods and that financial success is a dead cert.

What is the rate of cleaving for AVA6000? If you are not aware of where it is stated please say that.

Could be:

- a short reducing their exposure - good sign

- an investor reducing their exposure - bad sign

- a potential suitor increasing their position - good sign

There is no factual evidence to my concern. Just history of Avacta not hitting deadlines and the obvious shift of emphasis towards AVA6103 - the beast.

If that is the case then why is CC expecting it to be the event that triggers licence deals and or partnerships

In fact you say yourself “the cohort with the strongest early signals to date, and the one repeatedly highlighted as a potential orphan / accelerated pathway.”

If P1b data is not as strong as we are being led to expect, then it will be delayed until the stunning TNBC data is available or else there will be a huge drop in SP.

I am not saying that this will happen and I certainly don’t want it to happen least of all because I am old and need to make some money on my investment before I pop my clogs. But on past form it is a possibility.
