None of us doubt the platform works. CC has a good story to tell with hopefully an exciting ending. But you are mad if you think anything will come from JPM. It is just a conference like the many others have been over the years. If those present haven’t heard of Avacta then we really are in trouble.

I don’t know whether you have a lot at risk here, but I cannot see how posting crap on here helps you in any way. We await 6103 early results to trigger the pivotal moment.

No one says that it doesn’t work. The mechanism clearly does.

But 6000 needs more results to get the deal done - why?

6103 looks very promising in mice. But there are years of clinical trials to go before it generates cash.

The SP appears low given the potential. It matters in financial terms because it affects Avacta’s ability to raise cash.

It matters to investors because it’s the only way we can make a return. Dividend payments are years off and even then will likely be < 1%. So until someone believes there is some realistic chance of profit in an acceptable time frame the SP will not be a 10 bagger or whatever it is you believe.

Think back to train delays - wrong sort of leaves on the line!!

I’m not panicked. I would be delighted. I’ve still got over 100k shares. But I am not naive enough to just hold this share.

Rationally say the rampers are right and I sell in a couple of year or more for £10 that would give me £1M. That is enough. No point me buying another 100k shares to make it £2M especially if things don’t pan out and I lose most of £120k (at current SP) rather than the £60k currently at risk.

So please just stick to the facts unless you have hard evidence of:

Me not being invested

Being paid by TW or indeed anyone else

Shorting this share

To the facts. CC has pretty much said that Novartis need another round of 6000 data before they are ready to sign on the dotted line. So I can wait a few more months before I buy or sell any Avacta shares. The only thing that might persuade me is if I have to buy in any fund raise in order to avoid too much dilution.

I do value your view when it comes to bio science but not investing in general because you have fallen in love with this share.

Yes it is difficult to put a timeline on the end of P1 let alone P2. But the next inflection is going to be one of the following:

1. a licence deal - though I infer from what CC says that more data for 6000 is required

2. A fund raise

3. Initial results from 6103 cohort one - I don’t think we will have to wait longer than that for a market reaction.

Regarding 1 there is an outside chance that the last set of 6000 data was enough to secure a deal but dotting the is and crossing the ts is taking a few days more.

Regarding 3 my model says June earliest but I welcome other rational views.

2.you claim to have done many things of note (practically the father of ai for one).

more twisted *******s. i was involved in early ai development (hardly makes me the father of ai) and was recently reunited with an old chum at the inaugural meeting of imperial college ai network.

3. you supposedlyhold a fortune in various investments and yet moan about the "small" amount you have in avacta.

i certainly don’t moan about the “small” amount i have in avacta in fact i purposely keep my exposure to high risk shares as a low proportion of my investments

4. a while ago when the price was 160p you were leading the "pom pom girls" you constatntly gripe about when you claimed that you expected to 3x your investment by christmas. that's around 480p (talk about ramping!).

i believe that this was two years ago and we were all led to expect that ava6000 p1 would be over by then. and far from leading the rampers, my prediction was well on the low side of what was being touted.

5.none of that match the posting style and the language you use on here which is that of a whining schoolboy. you post almost every night around midnight and it seems like you have had a few too many "wee drams".

Sadly good sound investment strategy usually outweighs faith. But at the end of the day only you can decide your risk/return ratios and therefore which shares you will buy and when to buy and sell.

BV what is this spiking that you keep bringing up that you assert is the source of my anger. (BTW I’m not angry - why should I be? I will make money on Avacta eventually and in any case it is a small part of my overall investment portfolio as it should be with any experienced investor). And BV why are so many of your posts being angry at us more cautious posters? Is it because we are more often right. Because I am fairly sure that a number of naive peeps on here have been duped into spending their hard earned cash on Avacta shares in the expectation of making a large profit by the incessant ramping. If they had listened to the more cautious they could have saved money and had that money to invest last Autumn at 30p or lower.

You will say DYOR but reading posts on BBs is an important part of research with this share because a significant chunk of the share capital is with IIs on this board and at the moment the SP is largely driven by sentiment. This board is a gauge of sentiment.

In other news, why is it that the rampers constantly attack the integrity of the posters on here rather thatn discussing Avacta or countering the points be made?
