How long does it take to intravenously administer an 80 gm:m2 dose of AVA6000?

How long does it take to intravenously administer a 485 gm/m2 dose of AVA6000?

Is it carried out via a drip or injection?

What is the difference: stronger solution or more of it?

Just mulling things over while we wait for IND.

I suspect that Q&A transcript will follow hot on heels of 6103 IND RNS.

You know I’m fairly cautious, but I am hoping IND was filed on 18 Dec. So 30 days runs out 17 or 18 Jan. I would expect that Avacta will anticipate this and have RNS written ready to post and resources in place for immediate patient screening. With FPD start of 2Q26 and publication of initial results June based on my earlier model.

FWIW Avacta doesn’t need IND to start a trial in UK.

For the record I am happy to give Avacta benefit of the doubt and believe IND was filed on 18 Dec 2025.

I gave a full post on what the regulations say they can do and cannot do before the 30 day timeout so won’t repeat that. But if there is no response within 30 days Avacta are entitled to assume IND has been granted.

I believe they will RNS this because they did for AVA6000 so why wouldn’t they for AVA6103.

Why can’t all your posts be as rational and constructive as this last one. Perhaps other posters on here would then follow suit and we could avoid the constant character assassinations and the endless lists of Avacta’s prior successes then immediately countered by long list of concerns/risks.

It was 18 July 2025. I bought 22k shares at 32.89.

Why can’t we concentrate on what’s happening at Avacta. IceCool says I’m annoying because I post about my concerns and he says everyone is well aware of the risks. But then he won’t discuss the Avacta risks and comes back with a bland list of generic biotech risks for fear of upsetting the Pom Poms.

And then back to the jibes about manipulating SP. Which is irrelevant anyway according to you even though it has an immediate implications for dilution in the next fund raise.
