Why? Because some potential eligible Patients who were previously unaware of the Modi 1 trail would be put in the picture. That's valuable IMO.

It comes back to my feeling that as always, apart from all the amazing science progress, Scancell seems to be stuck in a tunnel. ATB

Hi C11. Re. yours, I wasn't suggesting a stream of lightweight RNS.

Media consultants can get coverage into the Press and that explains the spreads we see about cancer advances that are at earlier stage and limited by comparison to Scancell's merits. The pre-clinical data is good enough so why not bang the drum as it were? Hospital recruitment seems hamstrung atm so why not least attempt to raise the profile of Scancell and get a few lining up at the door ?

As always I feel we have the most brilliant Scientists but a lack of streetwise elbow. I thought the same about the Covidity recruitment in RSA. ATB

Hello Matt, when I saw your comment, "Wake up Scancell communications!", I thought of Burbles 22.59 yesterday where he observed, "Whilst there is an appetite for clinical trials, I sense it’s not the top of anybody's priority list at the moment. Clinical staff know that without clinical trials, patients won’t see life changing medicines getting into the clinic. But when you’re short staffed, just keeping the show on the road and looking after your standard patients is tough enough, let alone adding complexities with clinical trials." Of course that's spot on.

However, when it's suggested that Scancell should raise some more widespread publicity, the idea is often downplayed. But as someone else mooted yesterday, potential trial entrants for Modi 1 are anxious and desperate for a life line. So is it time to repeat the PR that Prof. Lindy achieved so long ago ? That is, 'Holy Grail' etc.

Surely recruitment for Modi 1 can start at the 'other end'. let's have these poor people besieging their Hospital Consultants, having read about it. Heady talk ? You may say so. But look at the stories we read about advances far inferior and with less advanced science.

Your very own TF achieved full pages in the DM and DX once, for a light therapy FGS. So surely something with the massive impact and potential of Scancell now, CAN HIT THE HEADLINES ? Get the people lining up! The pre-clinical data is uniquely good is it not ?

Concluding, as the only mask wearing person in Melksham these last few weeks, I can confirm that it's NOT all over, yet. I tested positive again today as many of us have, but feeling OK unlike 2020.

So on that note, "Come on Covidity !' Surely the time is right for the 2nd generation vax !

Thanks Cleaner for your posts. Although Scancell's links with BioNTech are long standing we hear very little of any matters proceeding. Surely, BioNTech must be fully aware of all of Scancell's science and it's surprising to me that they have not yet made any move for Scancell either in part or in whole. Do they doubt Prof. Lindy's science or are we about to be surprised by our cash rich Friends? Or do they have 'tunnel vision' as far as Scancell's science is concerned? Tick tock...

I was pondering today and felt some conviction, that If Modi 1 goes well, matters Scancell will 'electricify'. Likewise as the other platforms progress, (hopefully). Ruck I agree with Chester and GF - FPD news should help the SP. I can't for one moment imagine why you think FPD might cause the SP to fall. But as you say, time will tell.

(Myself I've decided to take my 2nd booster 6 months after the first . . . )
