Going back to an earlier RNS on the resolutions it looks as if they approved a placing of 50M shares- resolution 15 and the ability to dilute 10% of the company on future placings resolution 16. The previous placings appear to be historical.

They are putting lipstick on the pig. However, it still look like a pig. Not good for the oil stocks.

Likely to now form a higher low in the chart as it continue in consolidation. The previous bottom was at 59.6p on an intra-day low.

So we can buy 100,000 plus shares. Now is the time to get rid of other shares that are making big juicy profits in the portfolio and build that cash mountain. I have amassed the capacity to buy 100,000 at the current synairgen price but its kept on standby as at 41p I can get 200,000 shares. So do not ramp the shares and being to hard on any derampers as some of us want loads of equity from all the bed wetters and really novice stock holders out there. So feel free to peddle fear of God of eternal penury.

For goodness sake can anybody find another generic anti-viral preparation for lung infections. If you can please let me know as I am not aware of any that has gone through a phase two trial already.

I believe the special dividend is quite possibly to get dropped. What I am hoping for is that we get an ambitious production range for 2021 of 80-85,000 GEOs as a better outlook prospect. Tony

Did they mention the IND has been filed to FDA.

Were the placings historical or are they new placings to happen in the future I was not sure from the brevity of the RNS. If they are new what were they for (the mine construction, refiner, short term cash before BFS and when bank monies arrive).

We all take responsibility for our own investment decisions and managing our own portfolios. Otherwise we may as well give our money to a professional investment fund somewhere and they do the whole lot for us and we watch telly or do gardening or something else. The purpose of the board is exchanging ideas, giving opinions and sharing observations. The market can make a fool out of anybody at any time. The biggest enemy that we may have when doing our own investing is our complacency and thinking we know better and its quite painful when realised that it is not the case. Of course the most fun is when we are successful and we preserve wealth and make a profit for all the risks we take.

I am also grateful for those who communicate respectively to one another and share reasoning for what they wish to inform us all as readers.

As for Tullow some investors are sitting on share price averages that are very high. Some arrive at a recent low and are in a nice profit. Some will have succeeded in their averaging down policy to get where they wanted to be and others may have got deeper in than they would like and adopted other strategies to recover part of their position. It is worthwhile remembering that we are all perhaps in a different position and place both in stock positions and perhaps other external demands around us.

I did the same on BP at a profit in August and it proved quite sensible as it has not managed to get anywhere near 310p since then. Tony

If the Government railroads the process through MHRA just to support a vote on tier structures tomorrow, I would have absolutely no desire to take the vaccine myself. In fact I would have absolutely zero confidence in the integrity of the process to protect the nation if Ministers and officials behaved in that way. My current level of confidence is low in any case. They would however succeed in making it lower than a street pavement curb.

I would not have the vaccine without full access to the scientific data. My higher degree was in the field of immunology. If regulators have been railroaded into approval, I would have no confidence in taking the vaccine myself. Tony

When you say reduced your position can you help with perspective. Like was it 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4. It does help gauge how risky you actually now see the share. If it was 10% slice its barely a reduction. If it was 90% then you guys are seriously red flagging this.

Les played a poker hand close to his chest. We have 5 scenarios.

1. A farm down on exploration assets is on going and may yield $60-80M.
2. A big farm down or all of the Kenya asset is to be sold and if we vote for it an RI is avoided.
3. They do a 50% dilution RI and raise $300M from shareholders.
4. They have delicate negotiations with the banks and bondholders who feel comfortable with the new plan to extend high yield production life to pay off debt. The rollover is to deliver $900M payback by 2025 and the remaining 41.5B is between 2025-2030. Bondholders and banks may want to exercise warrants later if any debt is not paid on time on the new schedule.
5. The company either merges with another oil company or is now set up to be sold to a major oil company who wants the Ghana assets.

If they do not agree to rollover cuts 3 months than oil retreats and if they agree a full cut it advances. Not sure how it will sit on a compromise in-between.

If Synairgen SP chart is plotted against Tiziana Life Sciences over the past month, they are just about the same drop. http://www.stockchallenge.co.uk/ftse.php Synairgen is listed quite near TLS in the attached chart.

A lot of companies listed below Synairgen may have a licence to explore an area and make no money and have a value of say $80-$140M and I know some of them and they have a lot less cash than Synairgen. I am invested in companies that are where Synairgen was a few weeks ago and incidentally they were in Synairgen's current position mid September and have risen on vaccines news as it might get the economy going again. Some of what has happened involves investor stock rotation.
The problem is that we have the assumption that vaccines for Covid-19 are perceived of wiping out all the income base for any therapeutic in development. The fact that the therapeutic was never for all the population and was only for hospitalised distressed patients of which the market was less than 1% is ignored. The second fact unfortunately is that same under 1% could still end up in hospitals despite the availability of vaccines and this is because the 5-10% of people not benefitting from the vaccine are likely to be all within the original income market area for the Synairgen product and they will pick up infection through transmission as it will still be in cold rooms, caught from asymptomatic carriers, other animals or poorly cleaned surfaces. Eventually vaccine data, and future data arising from vaccination programmes, along with the P3 results could well show this to be the case. None of this undermines the value of a vaccine, but Synairgen has to show it has a cure for a market niche and it has a demonstrable income in serving that need.

The share price is what it is. The data and future knowledge will reward whatever it shows the world to be. The best thing to do is remind the investment community where possible that therapeutics for Covid-19 infected patients will still be needed and sadly that need may always be there as a part of the population are genetically vulnerable because of the make up of their own individual immune system.

Holding to March and will see what the real science has to say.

Where is the money going. Pets at home the only decent riser. Crypto, gold silver everything is tanking. AAZ had quite a move at 13:40 left order in the book in case they try it again.

I have noticed the resistance line descending from 12 October and the top of it is 74-75 where we hit today. It will be interesting to see how strong that line is and I think we need to wait for Monday for any real test of it. Light volume won't cut it.

We should not be surprised by the possibility to get a higher low at some stage somewhere between 62-66p. We are a long way from news and this would be consolidation over time. It will then bounce off that low form a peak and drift back again with another higher low. This pattern could go on all through December until we get nearer to news flow.

28.3p is strong support and 33.1 is now resistance. Wide trading range for those playing it.
