Some people may need to take note of this. Something like the above is to be processed in a different way to go into the lung. I sure hope they do a safety study first. When you take these preparations orally they do not end up in the lung and in fact most of the product is excreted. I would want to see animal data first to see if mice survive it okay.

2. As a result of some profits elsewhere from a top slice, I have ensured that my cash at hand is equal or better to the Synairgen investment.
3. Whatever its says in the 2020 report, alongside keep up to date on competition and keep an eye for new Government iniatives to help the NHS.

The last thing the NHS needs is another winter back log. The NHS needs help to improve how they deliver the service and how industry can help them in that regard. This may give Synairgen a really important way into the NHS for COPD, Covid-19 (in Part where it has relevance and influenza) where patients arrive with acute exacerbations. When all these are tackled together the price of treatment can go down as they may all coincide with the same early intervention protocol.

Trek it was not a waste of money if you have become an intelligent investor. The vast majority of people who invest and manage their own money on the market as opposed to paying some management organisation to pick shares and do it all for you have quite often learned from big mistakes. A proportion do not give up and come back far more astute in what they invest in, how to trade or invest and they join that percentage that get 20% or so returns a year. One day you will have a lot more than £7,000 and next time your acquired intelligence will get those losses back and a lot more. At least you did not buy bitcoin high and sold it low on a bad day.

The company are in the process of producing their report for 2020 and we should receive updates. Hopefully it will be just after the next bank holiday and not before it. (Message from Kris).

Scinv_temp you are probably what you say you are in having scientific and pharmaceutical industry knowledge from what you have written and have raised a lot of issues on autoantibodies and production and identified issues to your credit. I am quite happy being corrected on anything in fact the probable reason both of us put stuff on here is learning from others as what is the point. I just want you to know, I am in no panic and i do not an agenda. Equally nobody here is an oracle of all knowledge and anyone can make mistakes occasionally on what we understand and sometimes get caught up in self bias and inadvertently seek confirmation of it. I have been doing everything I can to find the weakness points as well strengths by investing here.

A real concern that many of us have is when our lives can go back to normal and what if the vaccines do get overrun and nobody delivers a decent therapy. The mystery of why some of us are here is that the Synairgen preparation works in the lung by its mode of delivery, but is useless if given by injection into the vein. For that reason it invites examination of a pill that leaves its mark in the bloodstream outside of the lung or any injection going into the vein and trying to recover what is going on in the lung and timing it before an inflammatory surge or controlling that process in a similar to the interferons or something else.

The only healthcare company that I own equity shares is Synairgen.

In 1 correction It is unlikely to disturb human cellular protease activity.

Synairgen beta interferon does not do the following;

1. It is unlikely not to disturb human cellular protease activity.
2. It is unlikely to reduce cytotoxic T cell responses in other organs and parts of the body outside of the lungs.
3. It is unlikely to influence the presentation of other infectious antigens in a patient that is outside of the lung and so inhibit their immunological response.

Synairgen has proved
4. Previous research that Synairgen's product significantly prevents or reduces pneumonia infections.
5. That at least 25% of all patients with acute exacerbations have viral lung infections and can be screened for on entry to hospital.

Finally
5. That other methodologies such as monoclonal antibodies whether to interfere with cytokines or act as protease inhibitors may inadvertently during the winter months reduce Covid-19 but then actually attenuate pneumonia infections in particular and exacerbate influenza illness in those patients who then have mortality because of the underlying cause.
6. The vaccinated population will already have raised a significant antibody defence already yet the efficacy of vaccines are not 100%. It raises the question can monoclonal antibody treatments exceed the performance of vaccines whether they can make any difference to 3% or so that can be treated by the interferon product.

In the end the science really matters. There is not much point having a single dose injection or a pill that solves one problem in hitting Covid-19, but then makes a far bigger problem and trades course of death within days to some other lung viral infection. There is a reason why its worse in the winter.

I think the involvement of ARA is probably good news. I agree with BwanaM in that financing is not going to be a major issue. I suspect it could be agreed in the next 3 weeks. Banks are probably doing their due diligence and the company deciding what is the best deal and terms to go forward. Currently offering a fairly good entry to any latecomer investors.
