Racecourse Deposit - EL 5574
1. EL5574 was purchased 100% by ProspectOre from Anglo American (“AA”) via a Sale and Purchase
Agreement
2. AA have a “buy-back” opportunity, giving ProspectOre a mechanism to monetise exploration success:
a) If a deposit of greater than 2M tons of contained CuEq (i.e. 450Mt @ 0.45% CuEq) is ultimately identified. AA
may buy-back 80% of the deposit at fair market value as determined by an independent expert in accordance
with the JORC and Valmin Code. Parties are to then pro-rata fund to maintain 80/20 or ProspectOre may dilute
which ultimately ends with ProspectOre retaining a 0.75% NSR
b) If a “Decision to Mine” is taken by ProspectOre prior to the identification of a 2M ton contained CuEq resource,
AA also have an opportunity to exercise the buy-back
c) AA have a once only opportunity (before it falls away) to exercise the 80% buy-back whether the opportunity
comes through the discovery of 2M tons of contained CuEq or a decision to mine.
d) If AA does not exercise the buy-back and ProspectOre ultimately develops a mine, ProspectOre would have a
100% project interest less 3.5% NSR royalties and a $7.5M development payment to historic holders (which
includes AA)

1. EL’s 8305, 8306 and ELA5168 comprise the Exploration Project surrounding the “core” EL5574
containing the Racecourse Mineral Resource
2. ProspectOre is in the process of purchasing a 100% interest in the Exploration Tenements from AA
3. AA will retain a 1.5% Net Smelter Return Royalty

Perseverance #1 is an exploration well, located in the far-southern waters of The Bahamas, with drilling on track to begin in December 2020. In gaining its Environmental Authorisation, BPC adhered to all applicable Bahamian laws, guidelines, international standards and best practices as demanded by the legislation.

In the event of success, Perseverance #1 has the potential to be economically transformative for the nation of The Bahamas, and could ultimately contribute billions of dollars in royalty revenues to the national treasury.

The well site is located in the far-southern waters of The Bahamas, in an international shipping thoroughfare which already hosts considerable daily shipping traffic, including numerous oil tankers. The well site is more than 90 miles from the nearest inhabited Bahamian island (Andros), and approximately 270 miles from Nassau. The well site is not in a marine protected area, and is remote from regular Bahamian fishing and tourism industries.

Do they keep a moral high ground and keep the environmentalists happy whilst the economy shrinks further OR do you succumb to that pressure of mounting debt and allow drilling knowing there is a risk of a leak/spill from a well?

On the latter one needs to bear in mind the islands are passed every day by oil laden tankers without incident.

Until news will most likely start leaking there's so many eyes watching this let the games begin

They are drilling the odds of success are 30-34%

It's very simple if they find oil this will ultimately 20 bag++

If they fail it's anywhere down to 70% probably settled 50-60% down

The fact BEM waited 8 years for mining right yet google Tesla gigs factory in Europe and Texas the environmental damage of those projects is far greater than BEM mine yet Tesla was able to get all planning and permits in months

Seems nothing short of corrupt the Swedish have not granted a licence.
