GGG - what are you talking about- the SP is up around 11-12% in a two days. It was a solid incremental update - what were you expecting - 50%. The 6 month and 12 month charts look great and should get significantly better now that we have the cash flow to re-invest significantly into the assets.

I think your wrong on valuations - Canadian valuations are at near 20 year lows and amongst the worst in the west - certainly lower than the UK and US. This is part of the problem - Canadian Oil Companies are trading at historic lows and i3e is trading at the bottom end with respect to its Canadian Peers i.e. were not the only Company trading at 2 x ebitda.

All the hedges are in the RNS so you can see exactly what is hedged and what will be sold on the open market.

The dividend policy has not changed - ordinarily 20-30% of free cash flow with the possibility in future of rising to 40%

A bit of a rushed update in my view - they didnt bother to mention the Pembina Area Wells which produced at 260 boepd net to i3e (33% Interest). So looks like the most productive new wells todate producing at 820 boepd gross !

Also noteworthy were the Simonette well reactivations which were 58% NGL's & 4% Oil.

Nat Gas up over 10% - great for I3E and mine and Ricks other Gas play !

Look at the volume and price - up nearly 10%.

Maybe the Canadians are waking up!

I've always thought Doc's price targets were a little on the ambitious side - more to do with the timing than the actual numbers. The report is a bit dated now since it doesn't cover Cenovus but it still has a lot of good stuff in there. Someone was asking recently about Canadian Reserves - he takes a stab at it in the report. Others have asked about Clearwater and the productivity of the wells - he covers it with some charts extracted from Tamarack Valley - so still worth a read and relevant today.

To achieve any of the targets - I think we need an improvement in sentiment, I don't think it has a lot to do with the placement now as we have already churned through hundreds of millions of shares, its sentiment imo particularly in Canada which I think helps set the SP as the producing assets are Canadian.

There are signs that sentiment is improving with dividends and share buyback programs announced. We also need more news - the momentum has slowed a little in the last month - in previous months we have been treated to up to 2 or 3 operational updates a months - it slowed recently but hopefully that will change with the winter drilling season in Clearwater.

Gusto - just gone back now and taken a look at your posting history here - nothing added of any value to i3e holders - with only 15 or so posts here today on i3e - why would you be offering any comment at all especially as you have nothing useful to add !

If it settles within crest and someone requests it - yes it can be added to the HL platform. EMO and GASX are both on HL so no reason for Noble not to be.

You saw the same message I saw - I read it as website to be updated next week and crest listing in process - so hopefully shortly.

2021 = 0.38p (including 0.16p special
2022 = 0.88p (Tennyson Estimate)

at current prices I think the 2022 dividend could be north of 1.2p - triple the 2021 dividend !!

Consolidated stocks tend to end up with lower liquidity and their share price has a tendency to go down thereafter, if the underlying business isn’t doing well. The BOD and large shareholders are unlikely to support such a move.

I'm still a fan of a small share buy-back - I think it would send a positive message although i3e stated they are not going to do that either. Some companies buy back to offset options - which in my opinion i3e should do as a minimum.

To be fair - buybacks should normally only be done if the Company doesnt have better options to deploy cash at higher returns - which they say they do. However, the SP is depressed relative to peers and I think this has to do with sentiment which I think would be improved with a stock re-purchase, even a small one which they can now afford.

Does that tell you any different from the RNS’s ?

Cenzo - that was immediately prior to the announcement of the Cenovus deal. The 16p we were talking about was late September when the SP was in the 13-14p range . There was also an explanation from a very good source which interestingly GGG repeated which provided an explanation for the SP racing to 16p in July ----------Cenovus. The institutions were blocked out from trading during this period probably meaning a reduction in selling pressure.
