Hello Colour.. I think that difference is down to CC (India) being run as a separate entity, having all its own costs. The good side here is that as volume increases the ratio of costs should diminish. Hopefully we will get an update on Intellismart very shortly which should change the financial situation dramatically.

Colour I don't think tenure is a marker in this day and age. Look at the movements in CC.
With the existing contracts that CC has in India and Thailand it is just a matter of waiting to see the offers coming forward from Intellismart. If these are volume orders then there will be no looking back.

Are you saying Colour that the fitter would not report a faulty boiler and that a house gas check is not required. I thought that was the law when gas connections were made under gas safe.

As it happens Colour no I have not. The reason being that my gas boiler is 29 years old and if they carry out a survey they are bound to find a problem, even minor, and my Potterton is no longer made.
However I know one Smart fitter, he was just taken on and trained for Smart, no previous knowledge, gas proved a problem, I would not take his opinion as expert.

Hello Colour.. You are talking about installers, they get a list, how do they know quality of area, presumably that has already been done by survey. From the past we know that some multi-stories have penetration issues, are they on the list I suspect not.

Hello jake.. you will have to dig this out yourself I am afraid unless somebody can find it.
The background is I think it was Ofgem who set the standard, the rules were when people registered for Smart installation they had to be treated on a first come, first served basis i.e. tower blocks were not left out because of no signal, I think this occurred with SMETs2. Then I believe there was a change of direction with Cov and Utilities were allowed to go for volume installations. Somebody will know.

Well Colour I think equally that investors are feeling 'I wish he would stop moaning' Of course nobody has any idea of your holdings anywhere but are probably thinking why is he hanging around here if he has no faith.
It is generally known that CC will be doing the final UK installations as it is for 'notspots' and Government changed the priority to speed up Cov installations. So stop pointing fingers. Also bear in mind taking on Connode UK contract got us IPv6 software which we needed in India.
Before you go telling us that CC will not make much money being small, niche and bespoke you had better update us
who will make all the money, how do you know Smart is being covered with in house solutions, think carefully, that's why CC does not say to much. As a result of what you are saying many investors may follow your example and bail out.
I think you have it wrong and following INDORE success with Government of India and Utilities like JVVNL etc will forge ahead this year. DYOR Don't mislead people out of your own hatred of JC.

Are you saying you have never looked futuristically with CC, why are you here. Try the 250 or 100 for security.
We all know that CC is already well into India, with its contracted Utilities (esp INDORE) who are pleased, with Indian Government who showcased it, doing OK in Thailand. For a small company CC is established enough and poised to take off. If they are lucky any with volume orders any current figures could double or treble, that's AIM.

Morning Colour.. The thing is they can only say that which is allowed by convention or individual companies.
Did you read the Arden report, without stating facts they covered the prospects for CC 2022.
As we know 2021 talked about volume (Mn) unit orders, these contracts often take ages to agree, the main thing being their actual existence. I think 2022 will turn out to be prosperous for CC with confirmed multi million unit orders.
Bears repeating Comms is the cornerstone of Smart and CC is there.

I Re-read Ardens update of January 2022, Page 52.
That gives positive outlook for 2022 covering the opportunities CC have in India and elsewhere and gaining evermore traction. I think PM Modi will want fast action this year and CC is in the ideal positio

All analysis is guesswork, the difference between them and us is they are professional.

Colour don't bother repeating yourself once again. Are you saying that the May 2021 analysis by Hardman are LIES, if not what are you saying. Going back to the last cash call didn't SP rise from about 9p to about 14p, most usual event, what did you make of that. Don't forget FACTs can be manipulated to suit as we have seen with Cov.
We will find out when RNS appears what situation is but in the meantime I think there is a groundswell that CC is about to take off big time, again any problem could be supply of millions of units but if software could be built into meters like BII then costs would be very low and software fast to duplicate. That being limitless, DYOR.

Thanks for that Colour, didn't we get a Northern Territory (unnamed) in 2021. What do you know about this Hardman reference to CC going into correct millions+ Smart meters for Intellismart. As the TV program says 'is it TRUE or a LIE'.
Let's face it you don't know, I don't know what the current state is, I prefer to think that CC is doing well with INDOR, JVVNL, Northern and Southern India contract, Thailand. To rise from 2p to 26p says to me that people in the know are fully aware of the direction that CC is going to take for 2022.

Colour stick to what is going on, not petty windups.
This could be a very good year for CC. For my hanging in when you bailed I am now well in the BLACK, I would be the first to acknowledge that with Indian politics and technical requirement changes CC was pretty close to the wind at times.
As last year we rose from 2p. to 26p. I would say outlook for new viewers could be a good risk, DYOR of course but Hardman summed up CC's opportunities nicely in May.
