Well jake, these are complex times in the world, car makers are struggling with supplies and storing car up waiting for parts.
At least CC managed to obtain the necessary but probably had to pay in advance.

Although was not expecting placing, which I think is about 14m shares, I can go along with it being correct in that we are close to success. I would like CC to consider at a later stage buying back shares to a manageable amount of 200m. to treasury and possibly cancellation.
I feel this layout will achieve it's aim with supplies under pressure. Last time shares jumped by 50%

You lost me there Colour, even if you go to your extreme that is 18m units of total 250m, although I think it will be a lot more. The 99.5% requirement may well suit CC as some must fall by the wayside. I would consider 50m (20%) is more likely to be the minimum for us.

Well Colour you may be right in possibly not a clue. I think they are very similar to UK in that there are too many fingers in the pie (not that pie, LOL). I feel that CC had a bit of luck with INDORE in that it worked so well. Obviously money (saving) in India is still the biggest attraction, most of the politicians involved probably have not got a clue but know about money.
The point about INDORE is that whilst it was very efficient it made money from the start. So you have techies and politicians happy, that's not often.
I think we are very close to what we have all been waiting for, success.

Colour, how do you know 'they have just worked out what they want', have you seen something to that effect.
I think everything has changed in last 6 years, INDORE/JVVNL for a start, India moving from 'not really smart' to IoT type smart and acknowledging CC RF. All the things you said would not happen.
I personally think that given a little bit more urgency from India and Smart will take off soon.

No jake not missing anything. A bit more sit on your hands. Never spot on time, once we know the approved 99.5% contractors I should imagine these 37m contracts will slowly be announced. In the meantime we should be getting some more INDORE and JVVNL extension orders and hopefully hear the outcome of MEA Thailand's assessment.

That is interesting Colour, if the IoT element is opted for by Utilities it will enable a lot more IoT gadgets to be linked up.
In this day and age a major selling point in addition to the SDG's.

There may be a few +/- trades, like the 35,000 trades as the tax year ends and current ISA's are taken advantage of.
I think that is the way the transfers are shown.

Take that back before Colour jumps ITT, 1.3m is the order book but is for India alone.

Thanks for that ITT, if I am reading it correctly CC is in about a third of the total Smart installations in India. I may be wrong but that is amazing.

Morning Colour.. even if it is wrong then 1.3m units installed is very impressive considering there was only about 2m+ installed in the whole of India.
Reading sect 12 I don't think CC have to inform shareholders of every contract only where there is considerable material difference, I may be wrong. Supposing it was the type of company that had 1000's of small contracts, it would fill up the screen with RNS's.

On the SGKC presentation it was interesting to note that CC's contracts have risen from under 1m units to 1.3m.
So whilst waiting for outcome of the 37m meter tenders CC is continuously increasing its contract numbers.
I feel that CC's numbers and earnings will multiply greatly in coming months, to me 40p is in site as soon as GoI issues list of those with 99.5% success rate.

Smart is coming to a head in India, after all this time.
Utilities, mm's, GoI are getting it all together.
There is logic in this last requirement of 99.5% if they have had problems with some unnamed installations, this is hopefully now dealt with and these next few weeks could see contracts start to be issued if behind the scenes some of them have completed their paperwork.

I am pleased that CC have partnered with Powergrid Corp in the SGKC Virtual Display.
I feel India is about to move fast into Smart after all this time.

Hello ITT.. I don't know what % holding Amati have but I felt Solid State were a firm investment long-term, looked at them some time back, it changed a lot of electronics. In the meantime keep your drip feed into CC going, I think now short-term they will do well but long-term very well especially if they do lease out the software, could be sitting on a pile of cash down the line around the world.

We shall soon see who has the approval of Indian Government. I think CC has well proved itself with INDORE.
I don't think there will be too many on the list as test is quite demanding.
If CC achieved 100m units, you must look positive, could at max earn £2bn.
Which could take SP well above £5.

That's right Colour, apart from BI I do not think that licensing has been mentioned.
Now CC has become a desired sales add-on then to have it known, after INDORE, that CC is inside is now a selling feature.
If CC achieve licensing to say six plus MM's in India and take leads in some installations then I think we are sitting pretty.

On a more serious note Colour, this is where CC may gather ground if it secures multiple licensing to MM's. Not the same mark up per unit but limitless expansion with CC just refining RF to that company's requirement at virtually no cost or inconvenience to CC and collecting the cash at source. Much better than secret squirrel "white label' approach.

Now you tell me. So it's not just CC having delays.

Surprised the French company has gone into receivership.
