So JC who had to know before Hardman who then gave quite a bit of detail. We do know, what transpired with Intellismart, so 'I think'' John we have a problem all the Smarts we have installed are not working to plan, can you sort it, if goes well we will use OMNI in future contracts. Well jake disclosure rules do not really apply, if JC 50m unit contract will be signed tomorrow and he buys then that's non-disclosure, if he is told if this goes well CC will get big orders in future that's not until it happens, but how well that was emphasised in his discussions only JC knows. If CC was not confident of getting a big order they would not be stockpiling, where did that confidence come from. Equally you must understand what 'I think' means grammatically.

Well jake/ITT we all know that the reference 20-30m units is conservative otherwise you would be all over CC if JC had said 50m units (20%), however if he achieves 20% he can then bath in the sunlight. The key word is targeting, that is already aimed at, if Intellismart offer us massive participation that will then be added. Negatives you highlight, positives you knock. I should imagine most recent income is invested in stock hence the small Funding call.
I think CC and directors are expecting the company to 'go large' as soon as contracts issued.
I think JC has already been tipped the wink.

Agreed jake but this is a compliance created long after the tenders had closed, so a great cause for concern.
They must all have thought they met the requirements at the time then suddenly the halt.
Complications usually occur after winners announced not before.
Time will tell hopefully soon.

Hello jake.. Not saying that, all of your requirements will play a part but this 99.5% SLA rule was not conjured up out of the blue. This is a serious regulation which to me must have come about because of failings in existing installations.
I have the item I read some time back. Hope it prints. Even cleaver systems have big downtimes.

As a matter of interest as GoI is setting this target of 99.5% SLA does Fluentgrid meet this requirement.
Past performance obviously does not count if they are now testing.
I understand some say they can meet it but use the maths that suits them, I should imagine the requirement is based on a 24 hour day, every day of the year.

The large orders will follow approval of 99.5% target set by GoI, due out March we are told.

jake, I go on at Colour regarding Thailand following his old update but what is your opinion of PEA situation.
If MEA goes ahead with Smart I think CC will do the whole system of 4m units but with PEA JC has said he has sent them information (must be on request) for this years budget so they are entertaining us, big area.

Hello jake, my rationale is quite normal, CC has previously done well with INDORE, JVVNL, others north and south, THAILAND etc.
We all know that these contracts took a long time to reach these satisfactory levels. GoI recently put a further regulation on the areas it covers to assure an almost 100% working system.
Yourself, Colour and sometimes ITT put your 2 penny worth in to no advantage to the rest of us.
Colour just hates the company, probably previous losses, ITT jumps in then changes his mind, jake, no matter what you say are you are just trying to talk the SP up and down. If you notice with recent trades the small amounts do affect the SP, when you keep saying we have no effect.
So there you have it hater, manipulator and ITT not quite sure where he stands, only my opinion but you are not doing CC any favours.

Hello ITT, you may be correct but I think it is more that JC and co know we are about to break into the big time so why go for more personal lending when shares could give them 200-300% return in near term.
I think the £2m is still fully invested as it could have a long way to go.
