The problem for you Colour is that I am very pleased with situation at this time. Everything comes through slowly with India but all on the right track. Don't try to turn it around and get everybody concerned depressed, at current SP I am seeing a return on capital. My Trilliant information came from a very good source.
Basically there we have it, EESL/Intellismart have CC on board in India and Africa and may be elsewhere, an Intellismart order has been issued to CC who are already installing, good foresight, Assam is a new part of the country and surrounded by other states. Could not ask for much more other than bigger orders.
What do you have to look forward to.

jake you know Colour picks up anything that is detrimental to CC because he totally dislikes JC. Highlights PEA installs with a year old report, highlights Trilliant (1m) who it turns out were only doing the HES, highlights Future who it turns out were only doing a PILOT. Get wise jake unless of course it suits you to try to depress SP.
Who knows how your mind works, it was certainly not designed for AIM.

If it had been Future who were awarded the Assam you would have glorified them saying how good they must be and beating CC in India. Face the facts no matter what CC says you would be negative.
CC announced a 100k unit order which we were waiting for and you start pulling the contract to pieces. These contracts stand for all companies and if you remember Hardman (May21) said CC were correcting a problem that Intellismart had with a current installation so just may be other companies already engaged by Intellismart will be replaced by CC.

Hello LTI.. Yes I noted that in my 1st May 14:02, not so eloquently, whilst it leaves the door open to later arrivals I feel it was so that the current SLA can push on and not be subject to a further competition I do not feel that there is a threat as in jakes worst case. Do we know who is on the list yet.
India now wants to get Smart underway, somebody may come up with a totally new idea but the current assessments have taken so long that I should imagine Utilities just want to start making money.
I think Mr Kumar will now concentrate on arranging funding for large rollouts, as I have said CC could be producing 1m units a month if everybody suddenly comes to life.

Been looking back over past year to May21.
Considering in the last few months SP moved to a peak of 29p I feel that CC's Assam entry level together with HES and our confirmed partnership with EESL and now new contact advisor would to me value CC at 35p for starters.

That's it jake, he needs a friend, keep buying and selling, making all this money out of CC, never, but now is the time though.
No point in knocking CC now, it's taken a long time to get to this point.
CC RF/Cellular is capable of meeting all the Smart Comms needs in any country and any system I understand so Smart Meter work is complete and it is how fast production can be ramped up in coming year.

jake, most Funds and big investors are solid so it's only the small investors, like you, that buy/sell so who influences.
I was interested in the fact that the Assam order was already underway which said to me that it was all done and dusted until SLA list halted it. Again using the word order as against contract does that mean Intellismart just keep adding to it without referring back to tenders. If so it is an open book.
I think that Intellismart feel they have got the right Comms company for any of their Smart systems but I would not be surprised if they leaned heavily towards RF as it has done so well in INDORE.

Hello Pedro/LTI, this is the news we have all been waiting for, also Assam is in a cluster of states on east side who are probably watching each other and discussing possibilities of getting Smart at good price and very small layout. I should imagine that Intellismart together hopefully with CC will pick up several of them.
Together with ROW things are looking rosy to me.

As you say ITT there is a lot going on elsewhere but I think any drop in CC is more with the slowness of Indian contract signings and of course this SLA requirement for everybody.
Not aware that the list has been published yet.
Colour I know the size of Assam order and CC has been assigned a good percentage plus all the other trimmings HES etc. Does not mean that CC will not get most of it being capable of doing all systems. My view and I may be wrong is that Intellismart are testing the water to see if CC can deliver more as with their INDORE installation.
I think we are under starters orders.

Thanks for that LTI.. This is an interesting moment, will Assam go in the same direction as CC's very successful INDORE, will the contract be for a totally RF system, CC can cope with all other systems now but RF would definitely be a line in the sand.

Enjoy CC's contract with Intellismart.
I feel the start of large scale roll-outs as CC can be relied upon.
Intellismart did not dig CC out for no particular reason, there is a long way to go here.
At this time it really does not matter the finer details, it's the entry point that counts.

I assume CC is now on the the SLA approval list.
If we are lucky may be very few on the list considering the possible reason why the GoI needed to take this step.

Well Colour nothing to do with the item you published, Itron, but you did find something else after 3 months.
The other investment was similar duration to CC but even longer term, so had to draw a line and came out.
Was profitable up to 1500p. and will probably return there once Bosch get it underway or buy it.

Colour you are now becoming an irritant.
Flip the coin and you have said MOUs are worthless and not a contract, yet here you are highlighting this because it suits you.
I would draw your attention to the Credit Guarantees that CC has managed in India, these do not come easily.
If CC also sets up some licensing agreements there could be some massive roll-outs at very little cost.
Keep watching Thailand though, JST has been there a long time and I cannot see the first MEA contract not being again further expanded and then may be PEA.

You have not got a clue about Thailand and I am not much better, it is a matter of waiting for MEA's assessment.
You caught my drift at long last, it was it was Future Grid publishing about a lot of PILOTS.
Had that been CC you would have been all over it, not another pilot blar blar blar.
If you remember India had 14 PILOTS on the go and all said they were the bees knees but most appear to have fallen by the wayside, hence SLA list.
So now we have it, you know nothing about the Itron Pilot apart from publishing a year old document.
