You are hard work Colour, APDCL is our order installation, they have 3.3m customers, most in India customers are around 4m so to get that entirely would if fact be good going.
Digging a bit deeper I calculate Assam has a population of about 35m. Using India total pop 1.4bn divided by 250m Smart meters = 5.6 approx. Scale that to Assam 35m = approx 6.25m meters for whole country.
APDCL having 3.3m of total 6.25m over 50% so not small at all. Of course you may find these figures incorrect.

Don't not know what that has to do with it Colour, how many in each family, how many homes have electricity.
I read 3.2m but if more so much the better.

If Assam has 3.3m customers as I have read CC should do very well.
Assam is a difficult country terrain wise so CC will be tested to the limit.

Thanks for that Colour.. If you remember when the !m installation was mentioned some time back and you highlighted it, it did not actually mention their involvement, are you saying you know beyond doubt that Trilliant did the lot right through from HES to providing the home meters and installing them.
You might also consider, why was CC brought in at that late stage.
