Hello Colour, yes I am fully aware of Farab I seem to remember it as Faham.
I can see LTI's point that Iran needs to push on, getting around any US sanctions.
My weekend question for the more intelligent amongst us (are you listening ITT), we know CC is required to notify shareholders via RNS's of any substantial dealing it has which could affect the finances of the company, in a certain amount time.
My question is regarding CC (India), whilst wholly owned by CC (UK) it is registered in India. Does CC (UK) have to notify AIM/RNS of any substantial financial improvements within CC (India) when it happens or at financial year-end or may be not even then.
The reason for my asking is that when Iran got second sanction there was talk of bypassing it.
As India appears to trade with Iran what if CC (India) is involved.

Hello jake I knew you could not resist but took a bit longer.
I was asking Colour who had the bulk volume orders for Iran (say 5m+), I was thinking he may come up with a company who is defying the US Government, that would open the door. We know of the internal company who is dealing with mainly heavy plants like factories but what to residentials, 33m of them.
He probably does not know but worth asking.

Trouble is Colour you can't answer simple questions but just make these stupid comments.

Thanks LTI. So there we have it UK ignoring Iran sanctions but then again not ignoring them when talking to companies.
If you remember Colour CC was first into Iran by rapidly installing Traffic camera system at short notice and efficiently.
That was the prelude to expansion.
As you know a lot about Iran nowadays who do you know is installing the bulk of Smart Electricity meters.
I think CC would like to know if Smart is underway yet, that's electricity meters nothing else.

You are quite right that JC was arranging to meet the Supreme Leader, that takes time which you cannot get to grips with. In the meantime Iran is frozen out of the world yet again.
With regards to India, one minute you are saying they are an ignorant lot who take ages to get anything done, next minute you are saying it is all CC's fault and yet you see CC is doing very well in the numbers game. Slight contradiction Colour.
Hopefully we will shortly arrive at large contracts and this could well be the last of the below 20p SP's.

I think you summed up CC and smart. As we all know Iran was previously frozen by US, then unfrozen apart from bank transference difficulties but then suddenly frozen again by Trump. Had that not been done I think CC would have been well away. I believe there was only one other Smart meter company in Iran, a German company and they were dealing with water meters.
Likewise India has had similar political and Cov problems but are now underway.
So thanks Colour, viewers know current situation and now the past, easier to make a decision.

No doubt we will see shortly, the fact that CC now has the capability to implement all forms of Smart Comms including Cellular and a hybrid of all forms means it can do the complete contract and any discussions will probably then revolve around price and speed of installs, the SLA having been covered.
If Assam can get started under OPEX with very little outlay I should imagine they would be enthusiastic to get as many Circles as possible underway.

When Assam was published I thought 600k project with CC getting 100k order was that just for difficult areas as Colour would suggest. Then I thought you do not start off with the difficult, being slower to implement. Then I thought CC is setting up the whole communications system, HES etc, so logically CC have the whole order (600k) as they can do the lot now. May be this just to give Assam Government confidence for the whole roll-out.

On a one liner in a report you have made ICSA the lead Smart Comms, what about Trilliant and all the others you keep talking about. You have not got a clue just hatred against CC.

Thanks Colour, I could have but wanted to make a point. So UK 70m people and 6m installs per year. India has 1400m people so 7.5m would not be many. Just a point.

Colour it is all down to how many installers are then trained. I should imagine changing meters is mainly the same with a few extra tests to prove 2-way contact. Do not froget that previously one hold up was reluctance of Utilities to cover costs.
Anybody know how many installs are presently being achieved in UK, a much smaller country.

Not likely Colour, INDORE started small 4 years ago then blossomed then we had Cov then we had Empanelment but now have CC under starters orders with Intellismart.
INDORE was fully RF and most successful, Utility CEO praised it to the roof tops probably because they had never made a profit before.
Your nobody company is on its way.
jake, Smart was always a knife edge business especially in India. going from village lightbulb to IoT is a long way.

jake, nine times out of ten if Gov involved then chaos.
For various reasons India has dragged its feet, probably because of the size and number of States.
Now though it sees energy is going to dominate the next 10 years and it must get up to date.
INDORE created a good standard that realised cash immediately, was reliable and quick to expand.
I should imagine CC will get multiples of 1m units from Intellismart shortly after Assam produces the assurances that is needed under their management.

Colour, no use raking over old items once again. There is an Empanelment process taking place at present and we are awaiting the outcome.
If I remember HPL were barred and had to R&D their product to comply, so that is why they are back in the running.
CC have all these other contracts active plus Assam so we will just have to wait for the big news coming shortly.

Trouble is Colour there is possibly so much going on that is important to the update that JC is dragging his heels.
If he published a poor update, i.e. more money for stock etc but not the result of this investment you would probably say- see, I told, I told, because that is you.
Of course this may not be the case and it might not be rosy but still worth empanelment wait.

Well Colour as you do not wish to cooperate regarding information on PEA Thailand project regarding date of contract and volume then perhaps those in the know on this BB help and fill in your gaps.
I have no doubt this information exists because you say so, It would let us know where CC stands regarding PEA Thailand. At the present I think CC is in with a good chance of extending from MEA to PEA but we have yet to find out.
