A slight misinterpretation by you. The party line is my enthusiasm for CC, no dictates involved.
The difference between us is I, through averaging I must say, have come out on top with CC whilst you bailed out earlier on and have born a grudge against JC/CC ever since.
We none of us know what next year holds world-wide with interest rates rising but I feel CC is on firm ground with Intellismart.
I am long retired and I suggest you consider the same.

Well I knew it would draw some comments. Do not know what pensions have do with it, they are now pay as you go so no backup funds needed. The business of execs is mainly due to the product being farmed out for installation and it's now for the sales force to get the contracts, admittedly we have a full blown company in CC(India) but that could be a requirement.
I feel CC is about to go ahead full steam very shortly but I would advise they do a bit more in showing site progressions albeit possibly boring rather than glass fronted display stand, nice as they may be.
It would be interesting to know just how involved CC could get with Intellismart who may well ultimately supply 80% of installations (200m units) and arrange financing.

It's not often I come off the party line.
I have every confidence that CC is getting there but we do need an update to hold SP.
Anil gave us the diagram of States and our involvement figures but whilst awaiting the SLA approvals what other progress is being achieved. We have Assam which possibly could have an early extension into the 600,000 units total.
What of INDORE, do doubt progressing well, a small video in next presentation of on site progress could have visual impact.
CC has done very well (sounds like an old TV sitcom) and appears to be at forefront of Intellismart smart comms.
I would think that with more info CC could well be back in 26p region.

I don't really think that is the case Colour but you never know.
Without saying it too often I think INDORE coming into profit immediately CC started installing impressed everybody especially Utilities who had never made money before.
In the Mumbai days nobody knew what was going to happen, CC's opponent Connode suffered cash flow and CC did well to buy them with IPv6 at that price even though we were slightly mislead.
With a little bit more patience we could do very well.

Hello jake, I think the concern is solely the SLA approval element.
Looks like any one who meets the target will get on the approved list. The list remaining open for any new comers who meet the SLA requirement. Nothing sinister to read into it, Color knows India in the past has taken a long time in its processing but with this I think they want to get underway, possibly pressurised by Intellismart who appear to have a large staff to care for. However the Indian co's are barred from China contact so would they take a chance of confronting GoI.
It is good that you note the efficiency of CC system. 'White Label', yes agree can be hidden in trading but that is what it is about..

I think that JC said that CC were running at 99.5%+, you cannot get much closer to 100%
If the others are short of this then there will be some head scratching with them.
A bit extreme but if they are not meeting requirement then it could be 'White Label', business is business.
We know that CC will entertain 'White Label' and leasing out. So you could see a wider spread in India of CCRF/Cellular without CC being directly involved.

Cast your mind back, you praised the 5m unit contracts handed out which you said CC had no part in, this was very slow to get underway, then we hear that some installations are not up to scratch and Intellismart asks CC to assist, the not up to scratch problem probably caused the SLA 99.5% requirement, whilst awaiting CC informs us about Assam start which includes HES and probably we will hear about extensions to other existing contracts.

Colour, I think the Indian era where projects have just got pushed back is a thing of the past.
They were probably forced to make this SLA bench mark because the companies with the 5m order which you praised possibly fell well short of expectations. They do not want further let downs. CC is doing alright with its other ongoing contacts and Assam which will probably increase, we are nearly there.

Fair enough LTI, it is just that I now see CC as all encompassing Smart Comms from platforms to installations.
By that I mean their performance in MYSORE and INDORE with an end to end capability.
No doubt this year will be vey fruitful.

Thanks for that LTI, we are told that CC is now capable for Cellular and all forms of Smart Comms.
Do you not see any headway in these other forms.
As I said I am interested that CC is likely to be used in full setups, HES, etc..
jake, there may be good reason that AGM returns back to normal but JC was right in that very few attended, I don't see Colour ever going and of course I feel the agenda is nodded through way before it gets to the floor by bigger shareholders.

Hello LTI, it will be interesting to see how much more involved work that CC gets. As we can do RF and Cellular, i.e. the lot I should imagine we will be attractive to Genus etc for all Smart variations.
I seem to remember we have 6 or more MM's on the books so production can be ramped up.
Be interesting if there are only 2,4,6 possibly that meet SLA initially.
I still think that the reliability of CC will get us 20% (50m units) of market eventually.

Well Colour we were talking about Bangladesh, which you opened on.
Bearing in mind the GoI attitude towards China are you saying that Hexing have installed Chinese Smart Comms.
Was it only a few months back that JC made reference to Bangladesh, so I presume that door is still open.
Remember this MOU in 2019 when we were going to be integrated. Political times changed, India's attitude towards China, Cov etc.
If Hexing were that interested on having CC in their meters then 'White Label' isn't entirely dead, as much as you would want it to be.
White Label entitles a company to adopted it as their own brand. That is the idea.
None of us knows quite what is happening otherwise we would not be having this conversation.
That's why I asked about CC (India) disclosure requirements. Which you did not answer.

I would not say confusion Colour, India banned them and I understood Bangladesh did also.
Make s you wonder if these are just prepaid digital meters as India was concerned about Hexing being of Chinese origin and software concerns.
In which case Smart Comms would not apply.

Strange Colour, wasn't Hexing banned (Chinese), why should CC have progressed with them.

Well that is a bit of luck jake.
You know the answer, so does CC (India) have to make an RNS (UK) or is it a self regulating company reporting to Indian Exchange. The fact is that sometimes the contacts that CC (UK) do not make a lot of difference to current cash positions and are sentiment driven on future earnings, not strictly reportable.
As there are a lot of casual investors on here it would be good of you to enlighten us of CC (India) reporting requirements.
I have held Chinese pharmacy shares, under UK ownership, in past and do not remember seeing individual declarations of their contract wins just annual report.

Nothing desperate there Colour. A question you cannot answer, however you do remember there being suggestions of getting around sanctions. The key to my question is that CC are in the main subcontractors, and those famous 'White Labels', business is business.
So now you can research my question or wait for a more intelligent person.
As India is our predominant field of operations could be why we do not get the full picture every time.
