Colour, again your one liners. I feel that the update was delayed because CC did not know when contracts would be continued and wanted to include as much new stuff as possible to justify their additional Call for stock purchase.
To avoid further SP uncertainty I would feel an early Update will be considered with/without audit.
With Assam plus any other contract news I believe CC should be into 40p. Only my opinion.

I think this situation is slightly different. As you say contracts often take a long time to negotiate, hopefully I think the 37m are very well advanced having been started the previous year and this SLA requirement hold up is just an interruption. I should imagine if any contracts suffer it will be the ones where the Comms does not pass SLA.

Morning all, I may be wrong on this but someone will correct me, it looks like we have two types of contract, those inside SLA restrictions and those outside. So Assam etc are outside.
I think we were told recently that CC had 1.4m units under contract of which about 0.9m had been delivered. We then have 300k from Assam, giving 1.7m in total, so not far off of 2m. As we are going via Intellismart and Genus financially I would think CC's income is guaranteed. So what is the problem, is it just the Update, with all of the above I would think it be good or at worst neutral.
To me definitely a good time to buy.

Morning Colour, it will be interesting to see CC involvement, UPPCL and EESL obviously want an high SLA following the problems they previously had which stopped installations midway.
Looks like they are going to replace the Smarts they previously used, were these the ones Hardman said CC was going to refurb for them. Probably decided too much messing about.

For once I think Colour is probably right, not sure why some are getting so hooked on this. Apart from the delay in Update the rest is going to plan and of course we now have Assam. I made enquiries and as I thought Assam is outside of this SLA requirement as probably are the other contracts. So any new extensions to old contracts will I believe go ahead as with any other new contracts not covered by SLA.
My feeling is this is a wind up to depress SP on the pretext of a delayed Update, which I hope JC will speed up.
My average is in good order.

Hello LTI, yes if you can keep average in check it is a waiting game.
Whilst I feel CC will make good headway into rollouts with Intellismart like most of you I took precautionary moves at around 16p. Not massive but enough.
No big million share buys/sells, so it now waiting upon JC to correct the slide.
Staff increases have been noticeable in India but I do not see cash flow as a problem.
Our main income is from Genus, Schneider, Intellismart etc, all solid so the cash is there.

Hello LTI, definitely a good buying opportunity, as jake would say.
You notice these are all small dealings that Colour would say do not count, only the 1m share deals.
A bit of manipulation by dealers, the churn is all that matters to them.
The trick now is to judge bottom before update when shares will become scare.

On AIM it does not hurt to speculate future possibilities, that's what it is about.
At least I do not accuse a company of being insolvent, your line 'Rape the already insolvent cash cow', strong words, not seen any declarations to that effect. Sailing close to the wind if any body is out to get you.
I certainly do not see CC as that.

Hello ITT, you are more up on technicalities than most here.
Are you saying that CC can make comments on unaudited figures even if they could contain misleading outcomes.
My thoughts have been that CC has held back on TU because it was hoping to include new contracts following SLA in March/April which did not happen.
As delayed audit has been given as the reason I would have thought the appropriate question is why the delay.

Colour, we all have to be careful with what words we use.
I do not think the BOD is anything of the kind, CC (India) is developing and needs staff to expand.
If it could not meet commitments you would be the first to highlight it.
Your 10:39 just shows your total dislike for the company, so why here having bailed once before.
Do you know that CC is insolvent; inflammatory words, I am not aware of it.
Looks like CC is about to make big headway with Intellismart, opening with Assam.
To me you appear bitter and twisted.

Thanks for that LTI, I have asked CC for the total customer bases of Utilities contracted with CC.
I would not be surprised if it exceeded 20m.

Often 4m or 3m etc. The idea is to see what percentage of the 250m meters their total base is..
This would give new viewers a good understanding of CC current achievements.

This quest may be useful to new viewers.
As we have been told Pilots unless cancelled are usually sticky.
It is generally felt that CC may get 20% of the 250m units in India.
We have several contracts and orders now running. Could you tell me the total customer base collectively of our India contracts. Several have 4m customers.
If these are all early possible's now the new rental schemes are in place we should see some large contracts plus any additions that Intellismart give us.

You obviously read my 11:42 yesterday, says it all as a prediction, what do you see as negative in it.

Trouble is Colour you see nothing but doom and gloom. Speculation is at the time of making, you always pick on something negative but do not consider relevant other details that come along, such as delays, SLA, Cov. yes all that has happened yet you conveniently forget it. Grow up mate, you live in a past world, you made little comment when SP rose from 2p to 29p.
Likewise you have not commented on my 11:42 today just in case it works out, of course you will in about 2 years if it does not work out, LOL. You saw my calculations and 400p what are your current thoughts, not 4 years time, you know you have to look at what you have not reflect if it does not happen. Be bold and courageous what do you think of CC's chances now with Intellismart, Assam, INDORE, Thailand, Africa.

Hello you lot, just had a chance for afternoon read.
jake, what a load of rubbish, you are just making things up, there was a lot of information in JC's last video, you are doing a Colour because things are starting to work out. I don't think you will have any luck buy/sell in trying to talk SP down and up.
If CC were to get 20% of India market I think the SP would work out very nicely, do you think CC will get 20%, it seems to be a common goal and more to say the least. Our close association with Intellismart plus our already existing private contracts is good news all round. I feel 40p close even though slightly later than I thought.

Well ITT, there was a lot supposed to be happening from Jan - Mar 22. This SLA messed that all up, I will be happy if the delivery figures for existing contracts has been maintained, Assam was a surprise as not much expected before SLA.
With these new rental arrangements I think that there is a fair chance that INDORE could go the full 'Monty' and order possibly 3m units to complete total Utilities customer base. If there are any supply problems they have their order in.

Colour is not as stupid as you might think.
It only needs a trigger, the first million unit contract from Intellismart, bearing in mind CC is being mainly supplied through India's leading meter manufacturers and if some are done on a licensing agreement there is nothing to stop production going through the roof, churning out millions per month, that's what GoI wants.
As I see it the numbers orders will be there, it is more a matter of CC's involvement, HES, training etc.
You can see why Anil was eager to rejoin CC.
Hopefully we should hear an update on MEA Thailand shortly, being supplied by FORTH a local supplier to them.

Nice reply Colour, we have no figures at present, but if we did achieve the current pricing per million and achieved the 20% minimum of the 250m units as has been predicted then I think you will agree 400p is on the cards.
That is just with India, surrounding countries and Thailand could come into play.
As you know I look on the bright side otherwise I would be gone.
