No Colour, the big boys were already that big, Itron etc, so they could afford to loose cash and not have to report every item.
This is AIM and you are coming away from the obvious, the product is excellent, India is slow, like it or not contacts cost money. I think I know what it is all about and I am not that concerned.
I am confident that CC will get the 50m units, 20%, of India and just need to keep an eye on the cash, don't splash it about for a while.

Morning LTI, a thought.
The 10 May RNS relating to Assam said 'The supply of Omnimesh Modules has already commenced'.
If Intellismart has the UPPCL contract still then there is a good chance that CC could already be supplying Modules for that contract and we will be notified shortly.
There is a lot going on and I think CC will prosper.

Hello Pedro, you are usually spot on. As the 5G business was obviously an error I ignored it.
If CC is into this UPPCL it could be large and it could be outside of SLA. So we may get some early good news.

If read rightly I understand the old UPPCL was for 4m meters, so presumably if repeated CC could stand a good chance with Intellismart. That one was for you Colour, try to keep up with what is happening and

Thanks for that LTI.. I think there is now a sense of urgency to get things moving with the world energy crisis and costs.
From what I can understand there are projects inside and outside of SLA regs. Probably to do with financing.
I should imagine also that the 37m unit of contracts outstanding were well advanced so could move very quickly when OK'd.
With so much in the offing I should imagine that JC will try to get an update out as soon as possible.

Hello LTI.. I think Colour is confusing himself and blaming others.
Bottomline is UPPCL/EESL/Intellismart had an outage problem which stopped the works, according to my 18:26 which I produced as evidence and you produced, it is now decided to replace meters with 4G.
As Hardman reported that CC was assisting Intellismart with a problem I am assuming it was going to be that which they have now decided to replace.
Only my thoughts, Colour completely lost this one and is throwing out stupid remarks.
As they have fixed a start date of 1 July for this contract of UPPCL it could well be outside of SLA regs.
It would appear Intellismart is still running the show so CC may well do good.

You may be correct there Pedro I must have missed something. I thought UPP auctioned off 5G but I did not think they were installing meters or that CC was involved.

No a member of the committee wanted 4G anyway so probably pushed it harder.
I think Intellismart must have stood the loss.

Hello Colour. As you know UPPCL and Intellismart/EESL had a problem with a mass outage, We were informed by Hardman that CC were going to sort a problem out for Intellismart, presumably a retro-fit as meters already in place, from what I have read recently UPPCL is going to replace all meters with 4G.

Good afternoon all, another Sunday, I have an observation which is open all. I am not electronics technical beyond plugging in stage, my son is well into it. When Intellismart gave CC the 100k order for Assam LTI said he did not know what part of the 600k would be RF, this was quickly followed by the 200k order equaling 50% of the total, so I am now assuming CC will get the total Smart Comms order of 600k. Giving it further thought it does not matter what mix is involved in Assam, RF, Cellular or other Platforms. We are told that CC can do them all from HES to Customers meter. Slightly ignorant of me I always thought that Cellular needed Vodafone, Telefonica etc to function. I now understand that Cellular is a Common platform so CC can operate it as a private circuit. What I am trying to say is that CC can now perform the whole Smart Connection without other assistance. If this is the case surely 50% of 250m meters is in sight. Your thoughts Colour.

Hello Colour, you are always so positive in your remarks.
However I don't think you are correct, this 99.5% bar I think was set because Intellismart/EESL caught a cold with UPPCL, which I suspect were the meters that CC were going to modify for them and decided to replace meters with 4G.
I say once again I believe Intellismart have found a safe pair of hands in CC and will make good use of them.
As Smart Comms is what makes a smart meter, I know I have said that before, if you get one that is 99.5% SLA then what more could you want. CC will probably drop it's price of accommodate volume orders and Anil's new purchase will come in handy.
Why do you think Anil came back to CC, was it that CC had the Smart market sown up.

Hello Pedro, thought that was a good tale. Years ago my kids bought a Santa riding a bicycle for mantlepiece. Could imagine Anil on it. When he left CC his new company had close associations with Wirepas yet in no time he rejoined CC. Presumably realised CC was the only Smart Comms going anywhere in India.
I think Anil is a good salesman with many contacts, necessary traits in India.
My £4 may seem optimistic but we only have 230m shares and £1bn contracts spread over must be doable.
