Hello ITT, if income progressed it would possible to buy back. Did we not start at about 150m and now to 230m. Income would have to be consistent but a return to 150m would be a milestone in progress.
I personally am not bothered about dividends and would rather see SP improve.

Hi ITT, you will stay, you are not going to miss out on the big one. You were humming and haring at 7p. your pension relies on this, LOL. Colour you predict 2/3% and cant understand why we have 20% current installs, get real you have got it wrong. CC seems to have done the right thing in funding extra stocks, it has good production outlets and primarily it is supply modules to manufacturers, and additional expertise (Assam) when called upon.
If JC has gotten any further with licensing then production could be limitless.

Did you find out where else they have installed Smart Meters in India, have be other States, CC cover 9.

One thing that baffles me is this business of RF. I have raised it before with CC and can only assume it is to do with what suites the company.
Obviously RF is the core of CC but equally we have been told that CC can deal with all Smart Comms. and HES.
So if you are looking for business you cannot be selective, I know that there is more than enough work if we get 20% of India but the point is we can do everything. You may have the answer to CC not going for a known Cellular sub-contracts. After all in most cases we would not be lead contractor and it is a matter of which module you put in meter, RF or Cellular.
Probably a simple answer before Colour steps in.
However all is going very well, best I have known it but DYOR.

Colour, I think you now realise that we are not anti other companies just pro CC, you are the reverse, why? on this BB.
Apart from the likes of Itron who bought their Smart a lot could well partner with CC for its multi base Omni and HES.
Always remember INDORE, can you forget it.
I think CC will do well in India but the aim of 20% of 250m is a very good prize.
LTI, thanks for update, there was bound to be a lot of interest for that size contract. it will interesting to see, if any, what companies CC has partnered with in number not names. Of course with those meter numbers in a short time frame there may be several of the 18 contracted.
CC now has many contracts running JVVNL, Assam etc and if I remember has a good involvement in the 37m subject to SLA tenders.
Next few months could be dynamic.

You should listen to yourself. We are going to be EDF negative this is an CC BB.
They swept through France, was it because they are owned by French Government, possibly a walk over, they had a very good infrastructure in France, I think PLC, so may not have had many problems. They had difficulties in India, so they say. I asked you how many States they are in besides Bihar for meters, they are in many States for other things like Solar but I cannot find them in any for Smart Meters, HES etc. as you are in the know I thought you could update us, nothing from you yet.
EDF say they have associates so are they just facilitator's like EESL. Are they using CC for their Smart Comms, I don't know but may be you do.
Ramping up on getting enough installers than how many meters, they are going to have to train quickly.
Every time you name a name EDF, Trillion, Itron and once I believe Intellismart, it is to attack CC/JC.
Surely you cannot be a shareholder when you see all that is happening and furthermore about to happen.
We can play at words forever more and bore the pants every one, so give up CC is on a winning stroke.

Well Colour, that was the biggest load of rubbish you have said so far.
I do not remember saying EDF could only win in France, I said that they probably won in France because they were French Government OWNED, not backed. I think that is correct, government owned, they are going to look after their own investment.
Now India, are these 100,000 all over India or just Bihar, are they the easy ones like first SMETS1, or do they take all comers and problems.
The trouble is you dismiss the rest like Trilliant because you have no answers, so ignore.
Just think you could have picked a winner if you had stuck with CC, instead despite what you see materialising you stay and rubbish it. Something wrong with you.
Way back you pulled out at a low time and regretted it, no doubt if you had stayed you would have sang high praises.

Hello LTI, very interesting that BCITS is working with CC, didn't Wirepas previously get a mention with them or is that now old hat.
Colour, you keep drawing our attention to EDF and before Trilliant and Wirepass, might I say anything but CC.
We know they were allocated Bihar 4 years ago, long time, and are now installing the Urban areas, what about rural are they succeeding there, Bihar is a mixed bag.
You would know, can they do distance or are they leaving it to associates (possibly CC without naming them). I have said before that apart from being owned by French Government they did not have the problems in France with infrastructure that they may have to encounter in India.
I assume that over 4 years they have won other contracts in India, any idea where.
The list I showed only gave Bihar as their first meter contract but that is old.

Just sit back and wait for next RNS which may be Assam for the other 300000 of the contract of 600000, assuming CC gets the second half; as the two orders for the first half were so quick in succession third should follow. If CC can do it in record time that will set a bench mark.

Hello LTI.. I think the Empanelment Process whilst obviously taking a long time was GoI's belt and braces and EESL not wanting to get caught out again.
Intellismart wants security in the Smart Comms as that is really the heart of Smart. To me it took INDORE for CC to be taken seriously as it was thought previously that the 250m units could be done on the cheap.
CC developing Cellular on a private network basis, not Vodafone etc, made it capable of dealing with all Smart Comms and IoT.
I am convinced Intellismart/EESL did not take the decision lightly to embrace CC., it knew it was a secure and reliable system.

Well Colour I know what LTI was getting at, he was referring to Smart. More would have been installed if Smart Comms were at current development stage and of course OPEX finance had been invented.
LTI, it would be interesting to see what SLA % has been achieved using only Cellular, CC would probably have an idea.
I feel we are lined up for some RNS big volume deals, CC has got a good stock of raw materials so it is a matter of getting underway.

Not so Colour, £1 could equally be the buy out price but I think £2 would be the starting point if the parties I mentioned were interested.
This all revolves around knowledge of existing infrastructure, terrain, climate etc. They know it, have seen results of INDORE, speed of installation and quick returns of income. Certainly appealing.

Hello ITT, although I would not want a complete take over I would be looking for the SP to rise to £1.
If CC is as good as JC says then I would think it is in India's interest to make sure of its long term existence.
To suggest a likely party I would think of Genus, Schneider etc as a consortium, again engaging CC for their own purposes but equally taking advantage of Indian market of 250m units which they alone could not produce.
This consortium could also include Intellismart because they are not a manufacturer but have a vested interest.
Am I overthinking this or is it as I feel a goldmine.

Hello LTI, I did hear that Cellular generally is a much lower SLA, I suppose that means they may not meet the high criteria in awkward places. If EDF has produced good performances in Paris etc with I think PLC Comms does it mean they can reach all of these wayout hillier places. EESL are not going to say they cannot come up to scratch but could equally be looking around for 'NOTSPOT' solvers. May be Colour is right and they are the bees knees but somehow I think not.

I think you are wrong there Colour, I understand that Cellular SLA success rate is much lower but many countries may be happy with a lower success as long as most meet the target. So not clear at all.
I think the SLA Empanelment came about because of Intellismart's outage problem, the idea in India is to cure outage as far as possible.
Paperwork may be a problem in India but I think the desire to get on with Smart is great.
ITT I should not think anybody is getting 100% rate.

When you again fall back on insults Colour, it demeans your intellect.
You know that CC is making headway in India, something you said would never happen.
I think in the past when EESL was formed you said it was going to be a major player created by GoI and that it did not need CC, how wrong can that be.
I do not think there are many wheels left on your wagon.
