ITT, its a funny situation, I have said before I wonder if an Indian industry consortium would wade in, that would guarantee them supply and maintenance for next 10 years or an ROW company who would go for expansion. Or may be the be would have eyes on doing both. I do not think with longterm Funds and PI's there would be interest below 100p and probably much higher than that. Don't forget opportunity capital has been sunk in here for a long time.
Well jake, we all know AIM is a risk, what we do not need is somebody making it obvious. CC makes a surprisingly bold update after all the knocking from the anti's of last weeks. Yet still you will not ride with it and start again with all the doubts. We will shortly know our fate so be cheerful. Changing to such a lead broker says to me that there is something big afoot. Otherwise why do it. DYOR
Morning jake, we all know what AIM is about, you are stating the obvious, I wonder why.
LTI, I agree when expanding you need investment, but, a big but, why always go back to the chosen few, offer it out and let them sell off any unwanted. Better still do normal practice and take a loan, I am sure the likes of Genus would give a loan to keep their continuity fluid. Many of us have have averaged but what about those who have not. Theirs was an honest investment, including Funds why should their shares be made worthless whilst the BOD & co gain. I go along with most that JC says but not on finance, when we came down to 150m shares we were making a loss, now 300m we have doubled that. However some amongst us have gained dramatically and will continue to do so as we burst into the big time. DYOR
Interesting observations, my take is that we have had these ups and downs so many times in the past that it will take some budging to get SP moving. JC is showing a lot of confidence and bearing in mind his responsibilities as CEO I feel there is good news to follow shortly. Money comes into everything but I think CC has proved itself regarding quality, installation and SLA. I would like an update on MYSORE (yes Colour); their Utility CFO was very supportive in his praises, I don't know if LTI could possibly rake that out, they were making money from the word go. I would be good if JC could make an whole documentary on how the installation has fared, how Feeders have dealt with the new setup, how expansion has progressed, reliability, Utilities profts and what Utility thinks of show so far. That could go a long way to convincing stragglers of CC benefits. DYOR
Morning all, very good update, perhaps JC will cover any questions raised here in his video. I expected a jump to say 15p, perhaps later today. The buy/sell gap earlier on got very tight, I think on info and backlog SP should be approaching 40p, is it that due to a lot of shares being long term holds that dealers are lacking enough Churn. We are not yet on Funds monthly order book, if that changed I feel we would be away. DYOR
Well jake, I think the intention was there, words just needed a bit of tightening up.
Colour will give me a bashing but I think JC will come up with the goods.
If the Modi clan take note I think they will get the 10 years expansion they are looking for. DYOR
Received a response from JC to email which suggests he will clarify context of blog which apparently was aimed at Industry to make them more aware of CC's value. As usual I got no Forward Information but understand we should get a trading update in next couple of weeks.
Next are my thoughts only, as the GoI have set some pretty high standards for Smart I recon CC will still get its 25%. If the Framework starts to improve and Intellismart is partly susplied by Genus then both to these supply routes probably still exist. I am a theorist so DYOR, but still happy.
I think that is very good news, as it is part of the Framework the numbers are not important to me. It was understood that Intellismart was using CC Smart in a scattergun approach starting off various Pilots so that situation remains and these starters should blossom, what term did we use Canopy effect. So may be our mushrooms will be popping up all over the place. If we are still well in with Intellismart could we see a Framework top up to 20m. DYOR
I think you are right there LTI. Apart from the much spoken about JC comment nothing else of importance has surfaced. That is where PR comes in, brains have to be occupied; no comment then pesimistic thoughts come into play. Had it all before, then something comes along and pat on the backs all round. Trouble is until that point it is down, down, down. So one wonders, is it a game, drop 50% then up. DYOR
Evening all, I don.t think things are that bad as not much is being heard all over, at least hope not. To me poor reporting started when we got an arrangement with Genus and our nuif mbers graph of production and delivery to Genus stopped. We then got a Framework with Intellismart, delivering but with no knowledge of allocation. Both of these in small monthly allotments to Genus, and contract take ups via Intellismart if being itemised would, to my mind, have slowly edged the SP up, being a visual advancement. Instead whilst all is going along smoothly, we have no further statements from either camp. No news creates a lot of talk and a drop. Both contracts were excellent but to onlookers without deeper knowledge it probably just appeared as moans. DYOR
Morning jake, I think we have already picked up the pieces once, hence our more intimate association in Intellismart. I think JC will be more thoughtful of content but it possibly didn't help having all these BB discussions, highlighting it. We will not know at present but perhaps CC India is having to consider margins. Once we are underway there could possibly be room for trimming.
Strong buy but that depends on next 2 quarters as I see it. My opinion is that JC, rightly so, is hedging his bets, before the mud slinging if all does not work out. Right at the beginning India was appointing companies who were not even in the industry, probably thinking as Colour said, the 'villages' only wanted a light bulb. Low and behold they have seen the world on the Internet and want things like IoT. Everything had to be rethought, along comes new finance ideas but these Finance Houses, being money mad, are looking short term so it all starts again. This is where CC India starts doing PR in the right places, they've got enough staff. Set concerns in minds, what if after 5 years or so the system starts to fail and has to start all over again, happened before. CC is fast installation, reliable, excellent SLA, supplyimg prestigious Genus and Intellismart. CC system secures India's future expansion. DYOR
Morning ITT. Yes I would like to know the bottom line on JC's comment. I think that once these new contracts are issued, assuming we are still possibly getting at least 20% of market, the SP will bounce. Clarity has always been saught with secrecy being the counter argument. At least in coming months we will hopefully know our destiny. There is a lot of work out there so still very good possibilities. DYOR
ITT, don't get so excited. Orginally CC were anticipating only a proportion of the Indian market for RF and only a proportion of that for CC. Various CC pilots have done very well and the possibilities of a larger market % grew. Cellular looked predominate and CC developed Its own Cellular (whats more a private circuit) more or less guaranteeing an SLA and sercurity. I would now be pleased if JC gave us a lecture on the difference in pricing of the 2 systems. At least we would know CC's concerns and if we could compete at a lower margin. DYOR
Hello ITT/jake. For a small company this is decidedly a cash intense industry. There definitely needs to be a lot more information coming forward from P.R. I understand the need for secrecy in early stages but if we are supposed to be a leader then it is necessary to show we are. To say we have achieved good sized contracts with various new and existing Utilities would be a good starting point. If India has ground to a halt for elections then say so. When companies get bigger you expect a rise and fall of SP with profit taking. In our case the BOD does not shore up falls quick enough with information, this leads to speculation. We got a good price for our Modules from Genus in the past and good turnover, so what is situation now, we need graphs or Bench output shown to stabilise SP. Seeing current situation and thinking we will still get good results I should imagine JC is putting together a presentation to show work in the field and a map of where CC is standing, it is election time.
