I hope I'm not tempting fate, but finally sentiment towards CC is turning positive. We appear to have enough cash for 10 months or more, so no fundraising needed. India and Thailand are looking very positive as is the UK .So 2020, fingers crossed, could be CCs year. GLA
Many will be up 100% or more so taking their profits. Can't blame them.
Vas, Cyanconnode will earn enough revenue from UK smart meter project alone to make them profitable. Why would the government allow a UK high tech company involved in major government initiative to fail. Boris and Rishi Sunak would have egg all over their faces. This government is eager to finance and promote UK tech companies.
Isn't that what all this government intervention is about ... to ensure companies are still there so the UK can hit the ground running as soon as conditions allow. This government is not going to let high tech companies go to the wall and then let some foreign competitor pick up the tech IP for a pittance. Just look how much cash the Chancellor has earmarked for R&D. Plus Cyanconnode are a key partner in their smart meter roll out. We are living in strange times and we have a Tory government who are prepared to prop up the private sector during this emergency.
Just to add, with people unable to spend money in the hospitality, events and travel sectors, no meals out, no holidays etc. There will be a lot of unspent money floating around waiting for new inovative producrs and services to purchase Unfortunately there will also be many tens of thousands who will made redundant.
Maybe, or maybe not Vas, but it is only a matter of time before the original thinkers and the fleet of foot use the crisis to develop business opportunities. As they say, never let a crisis go to waste. Best wishes to all. Tony
Good morning all. Could someone please confirm whether EDF or Linky were in attendance at the top table Forum in November. I can't remember seeing them on the list, but then my memory isn't what it was. Good luck all.
Thanks LTI, very promising info'. Just noticed the daily number of visitors to another BB is the highest since January 16th and likely to be the highest since January 6th when we had confirmation of the Genus order. Maybe a coincidence , but something has stirred some interest.
Vas, Imperial came out of no where to taken on our friendly trolls. I suspect with no news, rather than wasting his time with playground arguments withe trolls he's concentrating on his footsie investments.
Hi Vas, With regards to India I've no doubt the bureaucratic cogs are in motion, albeit slowly, but would be good to get some sort of an update. An update on progress in the UK wouldn't go amiss either.
Good morning Mr Strong Violet .. Your default position is to rubbish every report and opinion that is remotely positive to Cyanconnode. I trust that your primarily aim in life is to ensure the failure of the company.
