None of you eith the exception of whatwhatkid have any real clue what shishir has been planning. He wants administration!!! He is manoeuvring the company into a situation where they say they can't get anyone to invest and so admin is the only option. Its now 1p time. I was wrong and I admit it. I thought he would drop us to 2p before admin but now it's defo 1P maximum and then we are all bust. Puruvu emailed us to ask why I put her response up on LSE. She said she was writing in confidence and that dilution was is only happening if they can't raise the necessary funds which we all know they can't. Time is running out especially with the CLN. Expect an RNS shortly then the price to drop to 1.5p before it hits a penny a share. Dyor

rich pixie you remind me of myself a year ago. i gave the poddars a nothet chance back then and they shi ..t all over me. now i am caught in a situation where i invested for our children's future and wish we had not. reality is the sahre price us getting ready to dive to sub 2p and we will all be diluted by another 70%. that's not the end of it though. after the poo-dars fmget the cash they will steal the graphite (again ) and blame it on the market. this is a family business. i messef up by believing in shishirs persinality and not his words . possibly like most on here. reality now is he and his ***** footing daughter (who believes she's given all her time to this project for nothing) (bmher own words) wullshaft us all again...thet should be shot at dawn imho. believe us when we say we are all going to be diluted down to under 2p a share. then when we think it can't get any lower, the poo dars will call it a day and grab the company for themselves. watch ads this plays out over the next few months. we have all been had. dyor

Mhow you requested I post for the part of the email that (imho) hinted heavily at dilution. Ive copied and pasted that particular part below. As I mentioned earlier Puruvi also lied about pranagraf as she also categorically stated she is not CEO of Pranagraf (even after we sent a copy of the Pranagraf website which has her down as CEO. We asked her to explain this and guess what.... NO REPLY!!

BELOW IS PART OF THE EMAIL FROM PURUVI-

"As your group have noted, we won the vote against the official requisition group. There is a lot of work still to be done so do please allow us to be able to answer your questions directly and specifically once that is released to the markets. Also, be assured we will answer following that announcement. Shareholders are our priority. Your loyalty and assistance will be rewarded once we raise the funds we need to stabilise the company."

(THE LAST SENTENCE ABOVE SAYS IT ALL INHO)

"For any further questions that you might have on Pranagraf, we would request you to also look at the information circulated via RNS’s as well, particularly with reference to questions about the acquisition agreement with Pranagraf. Also I’m not the CEO at Pranagraf."

The above statement from puruvi makes it clear she cannot be trusted imho. dyor

I wrote the other day about the email we received from (Im an independent girl that demands respect) puruvi which shishir himself passed our questions over to (as he's now too busy to answer). Puruvi has confirmed that the definition of a PODDAR is a thief and a liar by firstly a stating she is not CEO of pranagraf and secondly she has hinted very heavily imho that we will all be diluted in the near future. Once I an at my computer later this evening I will copy and paste her response to a few questions we asked. Needless yo say she did not answer one of our 9 questions. She merely sadi they have all the answers and our patience is required. The lying bit...she is at least as corrupt as shishir if nor worse. Oh ...and Saluk your a stooge who is either being paid to look like a nob or your just disillusioned. Haven't made up my mind which one yet but its leaning towards your a complete numbnut who is so gullible that I could get you to wash my car for nothing if I tell you you will ge paid in 10 years time for doing a good job. Finally received an email from puruvi poddar (shishir refuses to answer our questions and now passes everything from us on to puruvi) who stunned us by not only Not apologising for taking weeks to get back to us, she went on to hint (heavily) we the shareholders are being called upon in the near future to support TGR in its plight to stay in existence. This only spells one thing - dilution dilution dilution. I am now seriously considering selling a large percentage if my holding in order to purchase it back 50% to 75% cheaper once dilution comes. We have asked her to explain how much she intends to dilute us all by. We don't expect a reply anytime soon as she is so full of herself though you never know. Dyor

Shishir will dilute us all...he's done it before and had no fear of doing it again. At this stage he has no choice. I heard last night shishir had categorically been told by the market any loan is out of the question even with the new guy in board. The only way he can pay the July coupon is to dilute us all and he will do that since he did it last year. We will be close to 1p before then I suspect. Too little too late. He should gave gone. Shishir has carried out a full year of cooking the books from March 2023 till march 2024 and there is currently no oversight from auditors since they resigned in April this year. The unaudited numbers are fundamentally not reflective of real transactions so how can new auditors audit the last years books? We only have shishirs word. (oh heck) Shishir has doubled the price of getting the graphite out of the ground (for his own benefit) and no checks can be done since there are currently no auditors. So in effect shishir can say it cost is whatever he wants it to be and we cant double check the numbers. Write your own checks shishir eh!! puruvi is on standby to nod like a puppy dog in agreement to whatever numbers shishir comes up with . dyor ... this is a mess!!

Ilovesushi your correct in that shishir knew the behind the scenes exploits and kept it all to himself until the mud started to stick to him. Now he has turned against his own brother since it doesnt suit his aims. We are in the process of dragging him and puruvi into court and they will be convicted ioho. The rns release today is more icing on the cake that he and his cronies are guilty of a number of illegal activities. Best of all he himself has stated what went on behind the scenes and we know the broker sold shares before resigning. Insider trading is on the list. Zak Mir has it right. Its a close call but one that will ruin TGR. Shishir has lied time and time again. The guy is a pathological liar and seriously he needs help. Cleptomaniac comes to mind. He cannot help himself from stealing everything he sees. He offers us 84000 tons of graphite per annum, showing us the graphite that will change our lives with his right hand, while his left hand is picking out wallets from our back pockets. If he gets through this he will destroy whats left of TGR, which isn’t much!. He seriously has to go. And as for puruvi, she has no insight whatsoever. She emailed us and wrote a total of 1689 words (4 paragraphs) of how she has given her 'precious' time to TGR for no reward. She then went on to say how many hours she puts into her work. We asked her if the work she puts in is for TGR or Pranagraf and guess what…… No reply!. Dyor

After you watch the FTG interview from June 3rd which is above - I suggest you watch the interview shishir gave in 2020 when he promised to use £3 million of the £6million raised for the downstream TSG. He then ran off with the cash and took TSG private and renamed it Pranagraf. If he is allowed to remain then we all get nothing. Watch the interview here...dyor

After watching the FTG group in discussion with Donald Leggatt I am totally convinced TGR is history. The FTG group have called shishir and puruvi out as crooked (which they are imho) and highlighted how they are systematically robbing the shareholders in order for pranagraf (their other company) to benefit. The poddars are crooks and will continue to deceive investors until the share price goes sub 2p and then they will take it private, I have said this for months now yet some still think the poddars are here for our benefit when all they are doing and have done is line their own pockets (of which they have many) Even Hemant (shishirs own brother) has come out and publicly said he supports the FTG group. This has to stop and the poddars have to go and go now! They have robbed us of our investment. Dyor
