Are worries about the possible chrome tax over done South Africa is the worlds major supplier, the next 3 biggest producers only produce about 66% of SA production from those figures I’d expect the other producers to move their prices up as it doesn’t look like the world can say no we are not paying more.SA is the dominant supplier
Hi All Ii don’t usually post on chat but please can we be nice to each other we are here to hopefully learn and profit, it is not helpful if we give abuse to opposing views that we don’t like. There is the possibility they may be right if you don’t like the view ask them to justify or explain it may be too all our advantage
Good night all
Hi Victoria
You are right this will go bust. there was never any other end to this project it is a mine for trace elements nothing else the production promised was pie in the sky but you will just get abuse on. This page for daring to say so.It is a shame that some people will try to silence valid views on a company because they don’t want to hear them. This is my first post on this site since I pointed out the faults that I saw in SM I don’t need the abuse.
I am sorry for all who have lost on SM but perhaps the best bet would now be to become a shorter themselves

I was of the understanding the company Was nearly debt free if there is $8-9 coming in next few weeks how big is this hole if that will not fill it ?Think the full story is worse than we have been told if it wasn’t in my isa I would sell for the tax loss as it is I’m so far down I might as well stay for the ride I will never again invest in a Russian company it has been a expensive lesson!
What you say Does not matter what does is 1.5 m has left company account without consent and company assets have been sold again without consent Perhaps this director should have his holding in the company paid out to him at the face value of the shares company regains approx 40% of its value for its shareholders to compensate against our losses due to this individuals actions
I’d say that it is possibly due to us sanctions on Russia and more to follow but evr is diversified all over the world so probably overdone but I wouldn’t like to bet either way!
I’d second your opinion I’d not want a lot to do with Tesla think musk is a bit of a loose cannon
550000 shares issued for around £3million why did we need to raise this small amount of cash or sell such a small( relatively) amount of shares?
Any idea why share price is above 130p offer and possible dividend of 1.75p ie 131.75p is there a hope of a higher offer?
What happened today? Have never seen such a movement in price in one day cannot see anything in company news to warrant this
See mention of 5% dividend here today can you tell me where to find company confirmation of this please cannot see it in Stockopedia Thank you Tom
You cannot blame the mm for the spread would you take the risk of a upward movement for less considering the small free float volatility and the valuation put on it just now? I have bought in here four times and average 8% lost straight away but it appears good to me profitable with expansion and cheap only downside is it’s Russian with the extrarisks of investing there
