Rome wasn't built in a day, and slow and steady progress with periods of standing still should be expected. Unfortunately this lot put half the kitty on one spin knowing if it didn't come up quickly the sp would be trashed by an incessant seller. This lot are knocking 80% of Rome down in a matter of months.

Simple, this lot are under performing and need to be brought to account. What we own we own and £2m in the bank going to waste, getting rid of one of these wasters risks nothing and saves a wage and expense account. 0.25 to 0.04 in a few months.

Yeah, definitely voting to not re-appoint. Worst that can happen is you save a wage and an expense account. 0.25 52 week high down to 0.04 to sell. I guess there has been plenty of patience shown during the 80% + drop between then and now, calling for more patience feels a little hollow.

Im with ii, I just ring up or send an email to notify them of any vote I wish to make with my shares held in my nominee account. Guess BF must have sold a million since his last reported holding in 2016 (under director deals on here). Must have decided to buy a Ferrari. To be fair, the last holding RNS (again, according to this site) was 10 months ago. Cant be right, surely?

A point well made about BF shareholding, 2.5m I believe? May swing a few votes in his favour if he held a decent amount.

I guess the gamble was that the Covid hype would create enough buys to soak up the placing overhang. Looks like the timing could not have been worse, buys more or less non existent, sells carrying on apace leading up to AGM. Unless they pull a rabbit out of the hat I see them struggling to get BF re elected. If he goes then whole whole thing is up for grabs. Not a bad thing for current shareholders I hasten to add. I will be voting not to re-appoint.

I would imagine they will be desperate to get some good news out in the next three weeks then. If the SP drops much lower they will be on thin ice imho.

At current SP 5% of company would cost £350k, that gets you an EGM to boot current BOD out. Practically every single holder here is in loss so there would be plenty of support to boot them out. The prize? Over £2m in the bank. Vultures must be circling.

Not take many more buys to get this to a penny again.

A few £k sells from the end of last week crashed the SP by nearly 30%. The sells were then all bought back with a few decent trades but SP not bounced. Very illiquid share, think history and charts show its well worth a buy and hold at this level. Company basically in limbo atm, insignificant cash burn, could come up with something at any moment or just sell everything and return cash to shareholders( as per previous rns) which would probably be more than current SP.

Could the government grant alternative licenses in lieu of compensation to avert court case? PFP are already priming in previous RNS about other opportunities. Could suit all parties.
