The sale of the Northcoders shares will have been the last straw for many. Totally non sensical transaction to realise a piffling amount of cash. If they did it in the hope of appeasing shareholders then they are more clueless than I already feared. Serious questions need asking here. The way this investment was sold to shareholders was if the trial was successful a deal would follow straight away. Well, the trial was successful so why have we heard literally nothing since? To re-appoint anyone in the current circumstances would be madness. We need answers.

Agree with the last three comments. The BOD here have created a situation where through their cavalier and irresponsible issuing of shares the BOD have caused a catastrophic dilution to shareholders and subsequent decimation of sp. All for what seems to have been a spin of the wheel. The sp is indeed undervaluing assets owned by the shareholders, this being totally caused by pathetic funding decisions from the BOD.

My personal view is that this will not go to court. The government will not want the potential massive damages, PFP will probably think they would struggle to get the money anyway. I think we are currently in the endgame of a three way deal involving gov granting licence/s to PFP with the Chinese either buying the lot or forming some kind of JV. Personally see any of the above raising the sp considerably.

Remember , if you are unhappy with the sp, caused by the issuing of billions of shares to a guaranteed seller who quite obviously would decimate any value to ordinary shareholders, then you have the opportunity to vote not to re-appoint BF at the AGM. On line voting needs to be done by the 18th of this month. My vote to oust him will be going in on the 17th if they have not done anything to stop the incessant fall in sp.

SGS could come good any time, BF could feel the pressure to buy a decent chunk of shares, an investment could be rolled out pre AGM or an existing investment could blossom. Many reasons you could be right.

The sp of Vela was 1.25p and Mr Brent Fitzpatrick held 2,5 million shares. FOUR YEARS later the value of your shares has dropped by around 98% and Mr Fitzpatrick has reduced his holding by one million shares to not much more than pennies. And folk are seriously asking for him to be given more time?
