I agree from the perspective of an investor who purchased prior to the "results" RNS. It was a gamble. Those who bought after, based on assertions that the trial was successful and a commercial deal would soon follow have been misled. For them I would say they are due redress.

At the AGM there needs to be a factual, word by word illustration of what, within our contract with SGS, constituted a successful trial, triggering the annihilation of the value our holdings. It needs to be shown that these benchmarks were met and who, personally, agreed they had been met. Unless this can be clearly shown my view will be changing from anger to suspicion.

For Excalibur and SGS to exagerate the significance of the findings is questionable but understandable. For our BOD to have wagered a third of our cash with seemingly no control over anything is totally unforgivable. Can see no scenario now where they can keep their jobs.

As stated previously it would appear that SGS appear to have marked their own homework on this. If this is the contract the BOD signed up to they have been duped and should all lose their positions.

so not too much of a leap of faith to say they are all but out if not totally out ( notice there was a typical 70k sell earlier so they may have a few left). Thing is that anyone looking to sell at 3-4p would have done on the last mini spike, so imho we have lost a seller and have plenty of holders waiting to sell in the 6-10p range. Can see this flying up to that range fairly quickly just in anticipation of liscence confirmation alone.

LOLOLOL SGS get £1million + at the expense of crushing the value of our holdings if the trial is a success. Who decides if the trial is a success? SGS. And our BOD actually signed up to this?

My worry here is that the mms have so many shares they may be able to ensure the BOD are re appointed. I really hope there is no way the company can influence this using our money.

Vote both of them out, simple decision now, no saving graces here anymore. My vote has gone in, if they are re elected this will go to 0.01s before consolidation. Don't even think they are feathering their own nests, they are just totally useless, as the SGS deal has shown. They were well and truly duped on that one. Guess they don't care when its other peoples money.

Hmmmm, your strong suggestion of taking out of the equation what was an investment of close to 35% of the total value of the company. Yeah, Id rather not do that seeing as I am reasonably financially and numerically aware.

Glaringly obvious a totally new team is needed to manage our money. Cash in hand in current circumstances and they cant find anything to invest in? Pull the other one. If they are that picky how come they ploughed so much of the company into SGS which was clearly a Hail Mary from the start?
