XM has been a regular on social media, and even here on this site; but last few weeks it looks like he has gone very quiet. No idea what that means; maybe he has lost his phone?

Lets just remember, they have to get the build done, and if it costs a little more to get it done on time, then it costs a little more. The ponds will be evaporating nicely and at the end of their summer, our winter, they will have product that will need processing. Any delay in finishing the plant means a delay in getting the money rolling in.
If it needs a placing, it needs a placing. I would still like to have the opportunity to buy in if it is at a discount; or I potentially will lose out if it is at a big discount.

It does look like the share price fall was triggered by the article being put on the advfn site, and then as the price fell it triggered stop losses from short term traders.
It has just given long term holders an opportunity to top up and I and it looks like others did during the afternoon.

I think I had the most conservative opinion on the end of year, 115p, because I think there will be delays and the market will will continue not to recognize the inherent value. I will still happily buy at these levels all day long.

This is hardly unexpected.
The AGM was held one week ago. A 10% additonal placing capacity was approved, increasing placing capacity in a 12mth period to 25%.
It maybe that there is good reason for placing. Loan money isnt coming through, maybe.
Or it maybe that he wants to raise more money to proceed with development of another lake more quickly.
They have other lakes. They were also looking at a joint development with Australian Potash, and APC are continuing with their development on the shared lake. APC also have done a lot of work on borefield development, rather than trenches that looks like the way to go with these salt lakes were possible.
So a raise isnt necessarily negative. Though there is dilution, the extra cash can result in a more rapid development that means more money, more quickly.
Even if it is to cover loan money not coming through, in a few months with production more can be borrowed, probably at a lower cost so we can see more development faster.

You should drop the company an email. TXP will have the money by next year to do this, and as you say some farm in agreement will not cost much.
TXP already has ground in the south west but PB wasnt looking for turbidites there, but location, location, location..
XM did some of his original work more to the east of Ortoire, they may know more, and maybe interested.

They did indeed subscribe, holding is now 6% of TXP. Txp representing 33% of NAV and approx 55% of market cap at end of Q3.
The SP of TXP is up 50% since then. SP of NE up from 1.7NOK to 2.25NOK now. Reach subsea, there other major share holding also doing well.
SP was 39% discount to NAV and last quarter they announced a dividend policy of returning 40-60% of profits. If TXP continues to do well then they could be paying out a substantial part of their cash pile that stands at 39% of NAV

It continues to do pretty well. Will be interesting to see NE update and see what its holdings are, and if it has invested any of its cash pile. We know that it didn't invest in the placing with TXP which is a shame for its shareholders.

I have just put an order in for 10k and was offered at 117p, so a lot of these sells are actually buys.

I dont recall PB stating anything like this, but Xav Moonan is also in the GSTT, also a past president.

The pandemic is only going to get worse with the colder weather, and I think we are going to see more lockdowns and delays.
I think it could easily be NY before we get results in that will move SP. Will be very happy to be wrong!

For the chartists it seems to have broken the long up trending channel to the upside which once tested is a very positive pattern.

And a great story that they can take doggy historical often toxic mine taillings, sort them out and deliver important metals that the world needs. Should happily sit in many green portfolio.

Cad 2.00 so at the high again, and 10X the 1year low. A lot further to go but maybe not surprising if we see some profit taking.

115p to save you the effort of conversion. So another 5% tomorrow? Lets hope so.

Well my conservative year end price looks at risk with a good day for txp in the uk, with follow on from canada, now at 108p.

I presume Milton becomes the biggest investor in TXP? I believe it used to be North energy. Together they own nearly 15%.
I take it as a positive that a big multifund manager like Milton are buying in. Not so much under the radar.
