You're right, I've been about on these BB's for sometime and see how they work.
The world is still hooked on oil no matter what the media is trying to do, all these prices do is stifle investment creating the next oil spike.
Even now IOC's are still reluctant to commit after the 2014 oil collapse.

I work in the industry, right now there is blood on the carpet, cut backs already kicked in and projects being mothballed and delayed, eventually the glut will go along with the shale produces in the US. Another oil spike is definitely on the cards IMO

Don't believe everything that comes out of China, they need to get things moving again. Having said that they are 1-2months ahead of everyone else so it could be a positive sign.
