Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Ohhhh Irish, what are we going to do with you. Not sure you will be upto the 10 pints of Guinness at the 25p party
Have a great weekend all and keep your ears to the ground!!!!
I thought it was such a good point I'd say it twice :0)
Would be nice to get some leaks or media coverage over the weekend to turn up the heat :-)
Would be nice to get some leaks or media coverage over the weekend to turn up the heat :-)
Even trolls have feelings evenstevens, dont take it all to seriously, lifes too short :0)
Ok ......who revived Angela ......sheesh :-(
Seriously peeps, what do you expect them to say....."sorry about not being transparent, dont tell anyone but we are in major talks with a blue chip and have a strict NDA in place"
You are just going to have to trust your management and those on here who have been around the block a few times. Something big is going down. Let's just hope it comes to fruition this time !!!!
Dont panic Docit, the writing is on the wall here. Besides the sun is shinning and its Friday :0)
That's the whole problem though gmcc, if they are in negotiations of any sort they will have to remain silent about anything connected to the deal. The law allows them to hold back any info which could jeopardize this situation, especially if we are in talks with a blue chip, it will be bound tighter than a mummy's cloth
If we need a rig agreement that is ;-)
It's good to keep the trolls on their toes. An RNS can drop at anytime and that's been proven .
However, It has looked like weve seen some larger buyers taking positions so could be a good day without an RNS. Especially if doodlebug is in the know !!
Well what will today bring folks??.
Fridays are the best day of the week :0)
So close Sardy.....yet so far away :0)
Does that mean you have to run around the block naked ........ or eat your hat......lol
I know it all sounds a lot for AAOG but weve got to remember the man at the top has been raised making deals for very large multinational comapnies. Hes got a lot of experience and a huge amount of contacts with people up high. He was even very involved in Marine IX for Ophir energy which is close to our Tilapia block. So he knows the value of our asset and knows how to shake hands with the big boys
Between 2013 and 2018, James held the board-level position of Commercial Director of Impact, during which he oversaw a significant expansion of the company's activities, including the acquisition of six assets. Mr Berwick was also instrumental in securing farm-out agreements with operators including Exxon, Statoil, Woodside, CNOOC and Total.
At Ophir, James was Director of New Business (2006 - 2013) with responsibility for scaling up and managing the company's portfolio ahead of its successful IPO in 2011. As well as overseeing every commercial transaction completed during this period, he was also responsible for successfully de-risking Ophir's asset base within the constraints of available capex. James previously held the role of General Manager for Gabon where Ophir drilled several wells under his supervision and he managed the company's operated assets throughout Africa, including Marine IX in the Republic of the Congo. Over the course of his career, during which he was also Head of Global Security and Risk at Woodside Energy, James has built up an extensive network of contacts within Africa and the oil and gas sector, including with super-majors, governments and leading industry advisers
No problems Docit, we were only yanking your chain. I had a lot about Julius Caesar in my 18.00 post under this title so thought you'd seen it
I'm sure the LTH will be rewarded for their patience !!!
I fear Angela may have choked on her own Hand grenade pin..... a tragic end :-(
Its great isn't it Irish, I love it when a plan comes together :0)
its created some interest and our SP is looking healthier too. It certainly adds to the suspense when the smoke signals appear from behind the barricades ;-)
alright Docit....no need to get your pants in a bunch ;-)
Theres clearly very strong evidence that the long delayed Tunisian deal may finally come to fruition, or more to the point its done. Its no secret we've been trying to secure the assets from October last year. The official word from the company was the deal was likely to be shelved but was still an option. With plenty of research there's gathering evidence that the deal is still afoot. Doodlebugs post today just confirmed what many of us were thinking. Yes he could just be a loon but whats he got to gain from that. With no other evidence he could be brushed aside but personally I believe we are on the cusp of a deal which involves possibly Tunisia and maybe Tilapia too. I wrote this yesterday
"I've been suspicious for a while now something bigger than just 103c is going on, something connected more to the project than the individual well !@@!"
Clearly we have to wait for official confirmation that anything is happening but my wallet is tingling and thats always a good sign :-)
Docit, have you stolen Irish Mouse's identity???
You certainly sound like him ..... ;0)
Yes indeed Skittish, more than 12,000 km² !!!
As it was said before " we will be much much bigger "
Its definitely not DS imho , as that would be far too few words for DS and far too subtle. His posts would arrive with a big gong and a bill for the riders.
This person is not trying to scare us or gloat but they do want us to know what's happening as the radio silence is so frustrating for shareholders .All in my humble opinion of course but it's all very exciting!!!
