SELEX Sensors and Airborne Systems Ltd. Win Order with Filtronic Under the Long Term Strategic Supply Agreement
07/27/2009
Filtronic plc announced that SELEX Sensors and Airborne Systems Ltd. has placed its first order under the long term Strategic Supply Agreement. This order initiates the development of Filtronic's volume capability for manufacturing SELEX's microwave modules for their current generation of Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) airborne radars and reflects SELEX's successful penetration of the global market for AESA radar products. It is anticipated that this will lead to the supply of initial production volumes later in its year 2010.
