It’s always good to seek the opinions of others than relay mine . Gives the board more confidence to invest . Genuinely.. without sounding like a tamper

The open market will of course not buy what they can buy cheaper of course .

It’s when that RNS comes out that the IPO is now on and this is the release date .

Then we should see the SP rise as more buyers come in , which should push the SP up to at least fermo price of £2 .

Then when we go live on Nasdaq, we should see it move up to £2.39 . -£2.59

And it’s gone .

Hello are you serious : your prediction is even lower than we are now . So why the hell will anyone want to buy it ?

Some of us don’t realise how this Board can be a life saver at the best of times .

Trading can be very cold and lonely..

I thought we was in for a big rise today .

Muscles why do you think it’s all good , as it dosnt seem that way .

I have done all the diligence , research And yet can’t understand for the life of me why BTC is crashing . It’s finding it very hard to say about 51 k even though it broke 52 in the early hours

I also don’t see a big rise after the Twitter post “ everyone buy at the same time worldwide “

Fellows HE1 “s just as I was loosing hope after the RNS last week ending our hopes for drilling this year .

I awake to the RNS this morning as we all did , Company’s directors buying in big ..

Every time I’ve seen this happen in 20 years experience on AIM , it’s a non Brainer .. they know something is going to make the SP rocket ..

I to can’t see the CEO just taking it easy now . They are funded , so they will carry on drilling shallow . Why would they stop . It dosnt take that long to collect data to start next year .

So that means that we are done fo this year and I can forget about getting my at least money back as I bought in for 23p ..

So guys the VOX podcast clearly signifies that HE1 plan to keep drilling ASAP before the rainy season in NOV . So this is now all about the next couple of weeks ???

Yes I would agree with your calculations.

The time scale for most listings are 4 - 6 weeks . Before they are live on Nasdaq, yet can be considerably faster of the paper work is good .

When do you think the listing will take place ( go live ) ????

Thanks for your informative advise .

I intentionally put this out there before I share my opinions, as neither of us are offering financial advice.

I see the Nasdaq listing anything now . The process is quite fast once you apply .

I see £4 by the close of trading on the first day of Nasdaq listing if not more .

Compared to the other minors who are 30usd near abouts , it’s pretty obvious with all calculations I’ve done that 4- 5 pounds is cheap.

We can all see even after BTC is now in the 47k lows after breaking 50k , arb has held its position at 130 plus . Which signals investors have kept their place and the MM know they are looking for 159 plus as soon as btc hits 50 k plus .

Any thoughts ?

When are we expecting the Nasdaq listing to be actioned ?

How much would the SP on this side of the pond increase once we list on the Nasdaq?

OMG ??, it’s look almost certain the drilling is going to carry on as they now have evidence and Data that they don’t need to dig so deep to realise the reserve of helium ..

It’s already been proven the area owned outright by he 1 has the biggest supply in the world of Hellium .

We will no doubt get a RNS shortly that they are still drilling . The ones in the know are getting in now cheap cheap before this hits 18 - 20 next week .

The hard work is done , now this will be a easy find .

10 million in the bank is more than enough to fund several drills let’s alone the ones they know are ready to explode with exploration costing much less as they know the targets .
