F1game, it does not matter. Fundamentals are the order of the day and any company either overvalued or undervalued eventually will get to fair value. All those that are ramped usually crater if there is no substance and in the case of TXP - all those that are undervalued in time eventually correct. The company is growing and at current valuation with a fund already taken a stake it won’t be long before others join as the company continues to deliver. Board have done it all before.

As said on interview, this deal is what midcaps would target yet a minnow with a sub £10m mcap has achieved it and the price hasn’t moved. More deals to come also I believe.
