Yolo have reduced their position size and had their investment diluted further to help with a £2m raise? Am I mistaken here but didn’t they hold 41%? If so why allow reduction in holdings and dilution drop them to 18.6% if this was supposed to IPO next year at £100m? Something doesn’t add up..

Significant news and now with the tullow deal and UK assets and more to come this company is In an excellent position led by a quality team with strong connections. Of the consortium of the Italy drill UOG based on valuation, % stake, assets and BOD is the standout one to own imo.
