Who’s the daddy reign it in a bit. Couldn’t care less what the share price is today, how do you propose they’d pay for Niger if they didn’t have the current production assets? That’s right, farmout or dilution.. Why do they need to raise when they’re pulling in cash and paying a divi? Stop talking cr.p

The deal is excellent. It’s about the long term goals of the company not the short termism that many seem to be fixated on. The IR has been garbage and the last few days of messy organisation left a sour taste however from an outsider looking in at the assets the deal and play is attractive.

Was a bit twitchy last night. Raise done, AK in for 1mill and 35p. Trading today too. Warrants carry a 12month expiry on a 1:2 basis. Which is less painful

I have no expectation this will trade tomorrow, if the book build completes that’s a step in the right direction.

Yes Jim, read the RNS from mid November. The transaction is expected to take 4-5 months, shares will relist the sooner of “a cease” or “publication of the admission doc”.

They can relist before the transaction is concluded

On peoples radars, look at CERP for comparison whilst it’s red today production stands at 550bopd and mcap is £37.5m. There are other factors to consider but at 1500bopd and 10 fully funded wells due to be drilled next year with institution increasing their position from 5.41% to almost 10% at 11.5p weeks ago how is this in the 10p range? Bargain if ever I saw one.

I’m discussing the RNS and clarifying the point since yesterday a few people were confused. No defence needed it’s a comment and factual on a company for which I am invested.

Adouble I think your last comment is over egging the pudding. Emotion and sentiment aside think about the fundamental value - I’d be loading in myself at that price.. As for the 15p duster comment Jim stop talking carp. There is a reason the company has diversified, not only to mitigate risk but also to become self fulfilling. Whilst a missed target in Niger wouldn’t be great it certainly won’t be the be all and end all as your portraying and I’d think you and adouble would know that much.

Diversified exactly, I’ve vented my concerns as have others. To trade on emotion would be crazy. In a few weeks/months of relist all will be forgiven and forgotten with a new batch of holders. LTHs such as myself will still still the upside for the long haul and things will move on. Should this diversification and new production base not fuel the drilling campaign of Niger I’ll most likely move on however on paper even with the change in terms the deal is still very attractive. They need to stop piddling about and get the shares back trading and the deal concluded. They also need to work on their investor relations as its dire.
