Daysleeper its been trading for all of 3 hours.. dont see any bad news do you? Everyone knew there would be selling today, that is no surprise.. having last night considered the possibility that the raise would be unsuccessful I am relieved this morning and happy to see additional facts in the RNS which was I was not actually aware of. The deal is good, the sentiment of the market is bad and rightly so 1. for the time it took to complete, 2. for the cack handed raise and 3. for the the poor IR. Some dont like Nigeria and want out etc, you cant please everyone but ultimately it is best to get the dead wood out and flush through the loose stock. From there sentiment will return and those who do want to own stock will come back in, the time of year also does not help for a relist day but its done now. Onwards and upwards.

Frank yes.. The warrants will be converted (if at all) at a premium to 35p. Its optional. By converting the warrant they are also pegging their existing holdings.. the fact remains the ceiling is NOT 35p based on the determination of warrants as these two are trying to have you believe.

Again.. youve just said "if the share price is 36p" - so if its 36p then the ceiling isnt 35p is it because I could also sell at 36p too..

So daddy, it isnt the ceiling then is it and that is based on assumption of what price the warrants are converted, given the spread and the fact they have to sell them they wont be converting at 37p let me tell you besides which there is a 12 month expiry on them. The warrants will create a new floor when it gets above 35p SO IT THEREFORE IS NOT THE CEILING is it?

Youve just flawed your whole argument.. the warrants will be converted at above 35p which is what I have been stating so therefore it needs to go ABOVE 35p. Yet you just told us all the ceiling was 35p, if that is the ceiling, how come your now telling us we need to go above it? Pair of you need to get a copy of that book yourself..

They aren’t going to convert warrants at 35p and sell for 35p. If your using your logic then it would dictate that 35p would be the floor as and when they get above it, no warrants are going to be converted now so how the hell is it the ceiling? Stop talking daft the pair of you.
