Adouble having spoken to the Nomad I can conclude that for completeness had the admission not to have completed as expected a clarifying RNS would have been required. As such since a notification has not been issued I am entitled to conclude that admission took effect as previously notified.

Let the company do its thing, it is trading again and whilst the deal was not concluded as quickly as many would have liked the company imho were forced to relist given the time period of suspension. Let them finish the final leg, some opportunities to build at discount are being presented. All those moaning that the IIs got the best deal need to open their eyes.

Is still dire even after relist, I think I preferred it when we were suspended and that was bad enough! Just put people on filter, there is no need for the abuse etc. it is getting boring. I understand many have sold out but, if that is the case why not just move on? To sit and continue to justify your decision generally means you are trying to convince your own actions - who cares? There are plenty of bigger positions here than we will ever have, all entering at a premium to current SP so, if as the couple of detractors state this is doomed - why was the deal tabled and why on earth did they back it so heavily? Changi imho the same however it’s difficult to be certain since African Alliance apparently amalgamated funds to take a position on the BSE listing. If that were true then this could be an additional position built on market since an amalgamation of funds would not necessarily trigger a TR1. With that in mind either stock is even tighter than we first thought or, it is one in the same. Regardless, it’s some confidence to take such a position especially given the origin and type of fund investing.

Olda there will always be profit takers and day traders who have no idea what the story is and jump in on momentum. They’ll be back again as news arrives. For long term holders the RNS was another confidence boost and signal to what we expect will occur, some will just see it as a mere holding RNS and not have the insite to read into it anymore than any other fund taking a position. Don’t assume those selling know as much as those who research. The herd have yet to arrive, the B.B. will be awash when it does at which point the volume will increase multiples of what we’ve seen to date. It’s gradually rising week on week, month on month but this is nothing..

Perhaps I misinterpreted what you wrote so apologies. Regardless you are right to point out that there are multiple ways to skin a cat in terms of gas sales and therefore opportunities to create a market place.

As part of the submission documents in response to the RFP there will have been a number of proposals including costs per unit sold. If government were to accept the terms and proposals and were happy to proceed against the submission there is a case that a PPA could come in as part of their acceptance. Let’s wait and see.

Or the PPA forms part of the response, that is also a possibility.

The quicker route you suggest is merely that Orapa is in place and functioning. Not sure how much quicker it would be given that Orapa is 2x 45MW turbines so whilst they are dual fuel capable an initial requirement to supply gas upto 45MW would be needed. The proposal submitted negates the need to run pipeline, the plant will likely be pre-assembled and shipped in as a turn key operation and can be requested to suit requirements e.g 1mw, 5mw, 10mw etc. That way as enough gas is produced it can instantly be transformed to generation as opposed to drilling enough wells to satisfy 45mw. This reduces risk, capex requirements and is the logical method to develop hence why this has been submitted as the proposal.

RFP success should lead to financing options which have been mentioned of being debt based. That will facilitate additional wells which should lead to further reserve bookings as they come online. We then have the installation of transmission lines and power facilities, grid connections etc. Also possibility of additional offtake agreements and yes potential of farmouts and/or strategic partnerships/takeovers who knows. Plenty of news flow and that’s what I’d expect, I’m sure Tlou will deliver above and beyond expectations as they have already done.

The submission is for a proposal to supply power via a staged and modular approach for a new power plant with a route to market of selling electricity. That is what the government are responding to. They cant turn around to Tlou and say, "yes we accept but you need to supply Orapa and not build a new plant" or else the product for sale then becomes gas not electricity. It is a totally different model and project. Whilst that is likely to occur later down the line, that is not what will happen now. The documentation and proposal submitted was for a new gas to power project whereby BPC would take Electricity as the off take product.

Crummet, tony has already stared on record that the government acknowledge the size of Tlou and have indicated that a modular approach is acceptable.

Changi the RNS will put to bed any theories. As for Orapa, the conversion to gas is something the government wants however I personally think it will be above and beyond the existing planned project. Why would the government have awarded environmental approval for wells, gas gathering and proposed power solutions to be situated on the claims if they wanted it piping directly to Orapa? This is a new venture and new market, the first of its kind so it will need to be done incrementally to offer the best chance of success for both Tlou and the country. Given the 300mw shortfall in Botswana and the 8000mw shortfall in SA the market will not stop at a 100mw cbm project. Orapa would be the next logical step but only once the initial project has been proven. The country are that reliant on energy they could not also afford to risk losing Orapa If the conversion ran into errors without some kind of fall back although, the plan for Orapa was routed at being upgraded to 135MW with an additional 45MW turbine and so could have the new generator brought online before the remaining 90MW was converted. Adouble - not sure it has been mentioned, perhaps the goal here it to get 10MW online and just heavily focus on reserve expansion in preperation for a TO approach or big farmout?

Tank I agree they dropped the ball on the raise.. was too rushed imho. All that aside, the fundamentals of the company remain - if the deal goes through as expected and the wells come in on Niger these levels will be gone. Niger is why we invested and that remains, Nigeria assets in at a discount make the company self funding for their exploration campaign. Never let emotions guide you.
