In terms of a farmout/partnership - I would certainly not rule this out for R1/R2.

Also the Kaduna refinery to my knowledge is not at max capacity? Zinder in Niger is.. in terms of the trucking option it would be a stop gap and certainly not sustainable but the figures have been given to show this a plausible route. I think Kaduna is more around 400miles from R3 not thousands. Potential of new refineries in Niger also? Chad-Cameroon pipeline? Kaduna pipeline?

Savannah are in no different a situation to CNPC and they made it work (although with deeper pockets). As for interest in the assets, when the bids went in certainly for the recent R3/R4 blocks relinquished from CNPC I recall both they and Oranto were bidding before Savannah were given the award.

They have the ability to truck in the interim until pipeline/refineries are considered and agreed. Not quite a stranded asset.

Your speculation on risk is no different to any other explorer the difference here is SAVP have three wells with multiple horizons and a high COS not one wildcat play.
