What I personally do think we will see is a pilot scheme as alluded to by CC appear before the retender for 5-10mw perhaps which is what Tlou wanted anyway and that could be granted fairly quickly since it is not a tender process. Outside of the above you also have existing discussions with external offtakes already in place and it likely will be once of these may now step forward.

If they remediate the document and Tlou retender the same thing then they’ve already reviewed the bulk so likely an expedited process and that’s outside of the potential for an agreement to produce a pilot outside of the RFP

Indeed reserves all fall to bottom line. This is no different to what we knew earlier this week. The outcome is delayed only difference now is we know why. Government oversite it seems but regardless learn from the mistake and move on. Whatever the reason is it doesn’t matter it was a delay on last RNS and it’s rhe same delay on this RNS. Delay, we know the reason why - something clearly lost in communication along the process which is silly but it certainly wouldn’t be the first project to see such a faux par. As opposed to finger pointing and griping time to reassess the situation and for me it remains the same but with a delay as stated before; 1. Government are keen to retender with fresh RFP potential of expedited process. 2. Second option being tabled for a fast track project with government similar to the solar project perhaps 5-10mw pilot as originally requested. 3. Other offtake opportunities remain with SAPP and others which have been in discussion prior to today. 4. Gas reserves remain as was with expected news on Work program to increase figures potentially very substantially in the near term. Where’s the fire? Usual AIM over reaction. Balanced thinking and there is no issue other than a time extension which as previously discussed was an unknown anyway. The optional result here is a timeline should be agreed and Tlou are already in process of responding to government.

The RFP is ONE and I repeat that ONE option for an offtake. There are plenty of potential customers that can be negotiated with. As I stated before, fundamentally the company and it’s asset has not changed. The gas is the same gas in place in the asset that was there a week ago when the share price was higher. The drop is based on the delay alone nothing more. If the work program sures up additional reserves then the value of the company will increase you can not dispute that fact. If an offtake comes in with one of the many other potential offtakes or is renegotiated with the government and perhaps expedited (we will find out in due course) there is nothing more than an extension of time which as colm stated was an unknown anyway. As I said, blood in the streets but I see no body count. For me bar an extension on time, nothing has fundamentally changed.
