All walked down for a delay to ONE of MANY offtake opportunities. One RNS will flip this on its head, true valuation is so far north of here it could create a bagger off the turn.

And it should do continually, at the moment current SP isn’t a remotely realistic valuation for this company and the assets. Chessmen, that is also my take on the matter also and timing of establishment of BERA coincides with the submission of documents. The RFP was raised prior and so at the time of request the documentation may have been sufficient. BERA as a new entity I’ll be following things by the book so likely their involvement have caused the hiccup. If the government did not want CBM or something material had changed they would not have issued a re-tender to conform with the requirements of a new industry and satisfy the regulatory boards. Tom absolutely spot on. Let the company and board do their thing, the SP isn not a reflection of Work achieved. Production license already approved, huge gas reserve base and company are progressing various avenues for a customer. Meanwhile the upstream work should continue to expand on the gas reserve base, Contingent resource upgrade is also due from SRK. Including cash and value of gas currently in ground along with prime positioning the company is no where reflective of true value. I have a comparable only a few days back with comet ridge, let’s not forget all blocks are 100% owned.

Next week should be good, be interesting to see how these wells are coming along. 2000bopd should hopefully and quite possibly be a conservative target. Perhaps +10% on that figure.

Huge reserve upgrade and a fantastic portfolio of mapped targets already in the bag. Valuation deserves a significant re-rate. This could bag and it would only be getting closer to the mark.

Fundamentals are the same if not stronger and on every level with relevant approvals in place, production license and a large reserve base this is undervalued.

Precisely tiff and in a region chronically short of energy and a projected sale price exceptionally higher than Oz with lesser capex/opex if anything it should be higher. Would you be less concerned if this were in some Eastern European country? Given that Botswana ranks higher than many in regards FDI, stability and a strong and increasing GDP I’d say a premium should be applied. Especially when these are the only CBM gas reserves in the entire region of SA.

Again, all valued on reserves alone. 2P up from 30pj to 172pj 3P up from 219pj to 374pj The above is also only 40% owned by comet ridge making net 2P reserves as 51.6pj. Studying the recent montage and also listeningto the recent interviews with both CC and TG it is clear that there is a strong possibility may see a JV occur between a solar partner. If so infrastructure and shared costs for grid connectivity on the midstream would be shared between parties. There are so many options available to the company and it is without question that if and when any deal comes to fruition it will be in favour of shareholders. A midstream share would still see Tlou commercialise via gas to power whilst retaining 100% of the upstream. A hybrid opportunity would be massively appealing to financial investors and Tlou could provide base load to solars peaking offer. Win win, meanwhile the gas reserves and resources for the upstream continue to develop and expand and the inherent value of the asset is further increased as the figures grow further. This again is of course outside of any RFP.

And the large fully funded program is underway. Still under the radar but it will come, it can’t stay down here for long as news flow increases.

Griffin all for £14m excluding an already successful well hit in Italy and other targets in the portfolio. Jamaica is nowhere near factored in nor are many of the other assets. This should rerate well into double digits as short term news begins to come in.
