Who knows of can prove what goes on behind closed doors. I also believe that the 1 for 20 was a scam against PMO. Others have different interpretations. L Cooks cooking the books to Hubbie with shares at their lowest price too me was a scam. I cannot work out the reasoning but it stinks.
People have differing interpretations 're PMO. PMO was over one pound before covid and moving in the right direction. I also think PMO was less cautious with hedges. Just my opinion. Fraudulent behaviour by ARCM was also at play which resulted in a watering down. ARCM are hard nosed financiers and to my mind knew exactly what they were doing.
I don't like Putin. War crimes. Attacked hospitals and homes. No respect for human life. Disagree with him and a long jail sentence will follow. And that is just the tip of the iceberg. The pain he has caused can't be calculated by any man. He is killing and lying to his own people.
I am dreaming. I think there should be a judicial review into the antics of the private equity companies. Debt for equity. They knew what they were doing. Arcm are crooks. Premier was over one pound before covid. Shares were given instead of debt. But still debt. Simplistic or i not. PMO was cheated.
What about Amazon no losses but super profits. I don't trust recent loss revelations. Private equity firms making incredible money on honest peoples backs. It is a game with high stakes. The wrong people are rewarded. Nothing wrong with genuine investment.
Not that it matters to most posting here Premier Oil was over 100p pre pandemic. This was still a low price for long suffering and hopeful investors. The share was diluted due to ARCM whose directors are from Turkey as Is understand it. Look at their position now with the world war. Fraud was rewarded. I hope that wasn't too damaging to the loyal and very cheated investors. Debt stressed when the world is shut down. No #### Sherlock. At the current prices IMO would have survived.
