Well we all know it was going to be long term , positives products are using ITX at a increasing rate which means repeat orders.
Now the other point which has not been mentioned and now investigating these are some products only use a small % of ITX ingredient's.
Looking at the main products the main biggest % used is Dish washer , so that would make any new announcement a big increase in volume and sales.
That said I'm interested that they may be producing there own product , one that could be licenced out but part of the ingredient still made by ITX.
Just to point out company's say they are going green but only if forced to , regulation in different countries is the main reason.
Look up why USA are adopting Dish Washer ITX ingredient's and why Europe are not at present it will shock you , by the way I posted the answer 6 months ago.

All countries that have telephone infrastructure are licenced to operator's this covers legacy PSTN & ISDN these are being replace with VoIP based phone service.

Totally agree AJP08 , there was some interesting points in the RNS and report , which to me are game changers and thought until two months ago research was near dead in water but the opposite is the case now known and confirm in the research nearly six weeks ago about shipments to ITX .

Good insight Smartinvestment , the real news was added at the bottom of the RNS which we researched that ITX was buying alternative chemicals which was odd at the time.
Believe that ITX are now looking at development of there own product not only just as ingredient.
This will add multiple sides to IP and the RNS was very positive on this.
PS kept away for past couple days as no point debating in the crowd.
Also was expecting the result as was published , my only slight sight was did not believe to be in parallel in voice.
Really excited what ITX are hiding in research.

Its regulation that keeps Loopup in the game with Teams , if your a global player or Legal then you need Loopup.
There's not many that can compete with Loopup strategy , there are solo to there country's ( europe ; USA )but not global.
Why is expensive to set up , this is where Loopup fits the bill in cloud space.
Now the only problem Bod are poor communicators and see results at the end and not fair warning prior which trashed the share price and investors are spooked.

Anyway i hope that there's positive if not then dropped in garbage trash.

Longer team TR1 do want Dividend's and want year on year , Totally are in high growth and using cash flow to increase organically at same time bolt on acquisition. The dividends is just icy on the cake.

Dividend Declaration



Further to the release of the Company's interim results on 15 November 2021, Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of healthcare services across the UK and Ireland, is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 0.5 pence per ordinary share. This interim dividend will be paid on 25 February 2022 to shareholders on the register as at 4 February 2022. The shares have an ex-dividend date of 3 February 2022.

Value destruction at the worst , did not need to sell
Pro formula of value was in place , just needed time till options had taken place.
Now we are free fall and can see block as a hidder now as litagration may take place on loses for investor in there main group.

We have around are grossing between $13 million to Max $14.5 Million with the new well , going by accounts we are at lower end in gross profit of $4 million.
Pre-tax will be nearly the same due to tax losses in past , however the funds will be used in further drills.
We have funds for two side track drills but not for new drills on this basic summary.

Considering the market crashed today in Aim stocks this has got off lightly , this deal will mean we will beat last years pretax profit just on this investment alone.
Any cream left over is a bonus.

Great news , Investment in drilling goes in a pot so Block Energy has $130 million to use.
This means that the first 50% of oil is Block energy after that its split 50/50 so for the next at least 10 years 25% to Georgian government.
May be correct but this is my understanding, gas do not know if this is included.
Anyway great news - thought in my post last night a few smiles but seems not reading todays logs.
As said before hedged down so need 2.9p ; going to wait till for several months to decide what to do.
Also interesting that we have the Patty well that needs a major ( BP ; Esso etc ) , now that Block Energy are holding there head above water this will give leverage to the field.

Angelis totally agree on your findings that we have assets more then current worth of company and we do sell gas & oil addition to exploring for more gas and oil.
Did point this out several months ago that our assets are worth $29 million not counting the last well drilled and producing.
Based on turnover we are near to breakeven , this new well drill could be a major point in Block Energy and for BOD.
That said there are many here that are underwater and sensitive to a positive approach , for me in same boat but its a risk we take.
Anyway lets hope in the few weeks we at last get positive news and all get to smile for once.
