Looking at the news a seller on back of good news , would indicate a holder that bought low or on fund raise.
Suspect the latter.

Guys and girls - the latest IP was predicted by us by research , this being the strange orders of materials not related to normal products.
Looking back can not see ramping of this share , yes some get excited but thats life.
ITX are adding more customers per month , now for the best bits on research found that Odour is the best % margin , where as Dish washer opposite end.
The Odour solution is very compounded and a small segment of the product where as Dish Washer is a larger compound that makes up the final product.
Compared the news we want is dish washer take up , low margin but larger volumes.
Do not care for SP as now have locked the shares out from selling for the next year , its more simple then i thought to be and arranged with broker who advised.
Anyway gives me neutral view on reserch , hench why was negitative a few weeks ago , and then proven correct.

Thinksmart are now a holding trust company , discount to Nav is volatile and hence share price.
we could be half this price if the main company gets pressure to see massive upside and why its a gamble now.
We did not need to sell , that's the point and we had a valuation at point of sale valuation.

Good point aprogerson when a reverse shares into a listed company , its more simple to convert all option , loans and warrants to be dealt with.
A logical solution would be attached to these.
We could have the edge on getting better options to convert.
