makes me lol the debate on ex employee , well seen this on multiple different shares and can never be proven.
However dealing in shares on a known company you work with or used to is inside dealing and can be prosecuted.
Suspect that the in the last 20 years dealing in shorting is main stream to general public now and a by saying that you are ex employee and this company is negative sends others to sell.
In other words Law or lies , well if its law then its inside trading and sentence if its lies then its Civil matter of law and costly to prove.
The person could say i meant a ex employee i know and not myself and was a typo mistakes.
It also can be cleverly covered up by the " , "followed by another sentence which when read you join the two together.
If you want a lesson on this read all the RNS of INSP for past 15 years , clear sign of deception to all.
Anyway Loopup - my understanding is a selected area joined to Microsoft Teams being legislation by telco companies and linking by licence law for each country and Loopup act as a transfer of data , voice across the 90% of the population for cloud data / voice without separate link ups communication or direct visualisation communication.
In other word Microsoft Teams may link up direct to these company's but if global can not as you need a link that has the licences. In this case Loopup dominates this sector , problem is that this occurred half way through Covid 19 when pay per minute cost companies hundreds of Thousands of pounds when in the early stages of working at home , as always when you tell you CEO that this is costing ex a new way will be found cheaper.
Hence Cloud based communication by Microsoft teams 10x cheaper then pay per minute , problem was country's want control over internet and started changing the law to deal with protecting there interest of control.
Loopup changed the model when we all thought Loopup was doing well , rebuilding nearly from scratch and that's the problem communication.
Communicate and we will understand but to learn a year later was a poison pill that still taunts this company until proven later.
That's my rant , invested 60% under so hoping for good news in the future in the new module.
