Blind investor I agree, I think the fact they had approved their lending policy then changed their regulations at a later date, they can't (I hope) retrospectively then punish them for it.

Just my opinion on this because we are all waiting for some positive news so the SP stops its downward progression!

JB and the current BoD have one thing in common and that is a mutual dislike for each other. Now we know JB has thrown his toys out the pram with his 1% sale per day because he didn't get his way. As we have seen on the last RNS at the end of June the company made ~21M and we saw what happened to the SP. We were due the Accounts end of June but that was delayed, if I'm the BoD and can see the accounts looking favourable i would also delay the results so i could punish JB as much as possible with his 1% share dumping a day.

I think we will have a better idea come 23rd July if the accounts are favourable or not.

i agree. But if the guy who posted yesterday saying he has made a claim against them gets a payout even though he could afford the loan and paid the loan back in full and on time then it could get really bad.

As you say they need to challenge these claims if they have no merit. By all accounts Hamish rolled over and paid on 90% of claims
