Well to get the truly independent shareholders would you not also need to discount the Opti directors votes, 6,479,783, and Seneca’s votes, 8,643,583 who all voted for the resolutions. That would leave only 3,746,480 private investors voting for the resolutions.
Most independent shareholders did not bother to vote.
But clearly the blocking of Opti’s vote made the outcome inevitable.
