Well to get the truly independent shareholders would you not also need to discount the Opti directors votes, 6,479,783, and Seneca’s votes, 8,643,583 who all voted for the resolutions. That would leave only 3,746,480 private investors voting for the resolutions.

Most independent shareholders did not bother to vote.

But clearly the blocking of Opti’s vote made the outcome inevitable.

Now time for the directors to buy lots of shares in Pbx.

Now Opti cannot vote to remove the Pbx directors it looks like steen will be staying in office.

That being the case, I would expect both Steen and Adam Reynolds to buy shares in Pbx next week and try to get the share price to start improving. They need to demonstrate they are committed to getting value for shareholders.

Therefore lots more expensive lawyers will be involved.

And a further distraction for an ill/slowly recovering Ohara.
