A friend of mine runs a large fresh food who use to use predominantly non brittish workers on his farm. A local mum, badgered him on taking a chance with her 17 year old son. He eventually gave in but wasn't at a surprised that this good white brittsh kid lasted less than a week because he couldn't get up in the morning and put in a decent shift!!! Also know of a few fish processing factories who were shafted by the idiotic brexit belivers who ruined good businesses reliing on non uk migrant workers to operate. Guess what, brittish workers would not even apply for these essential jobs. Get uo early and do hard work?
