Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Where are you seeing a GS holding here?
Not sure, but I think we may have seen or being seeing the end of it today/tomorrow
Yep, they will have to assume worst case scenario in everything they plan. Possibly makes things more complex. AA needs to get another Norwegian - or anywhere asset quickly.
It makes the UK gas industry precarious in that anything that causes oil prices to rise, the windfall tax stays regardless of gas prices. Surely someone pointed this out? We effectively have Saudi et al running the UK gas industry now. They can shut it down if they want.
Announcement clearly states AND. Both have to be below price stated. Futile gesture.
There is the risk in black and white. This will propel gas producers to still seek out as AA said ..more fiscally stable jurisdictions.
Gas prices fall to some ridiculously low level and oil stays high...WFT remains on gas producers. = Gas producers going bust
In case people havent clicked the link...putting in a Windfall tax floor. Bit late
Not sure it will make much difference. Hasn't changed how AA views Dutch assets.
Some big buys popping up. Leaky? AA got his Norwegian cheque book and pen ready ?
Most likely. Chart looking perky here. A bit of volume and this may be a pleasant end to the week.
AA going to snipe for them, or has he ditched North Sea assets purchases forever?
Looks like someone else 'topped' up over the last 2 sessions. Chunky buying. Ready for AA to turn this around
There is some good, lots of bad (mostly c r ap py taxes) and things to look forward to. At least everything is known now and onwards from here. Absolute mess the Government have made here. Put the UK in a very vulnerable position this winter if it turns cold
Simply put, if Bendriach is ploppy, and another issue happens at q10a, i think we will sink sub 2. He can literally arrest the situation now...this minute. Really needs to get his plan C or whatever deployed fast.
Although at this price, AA is making a mistake if he doesn't buy the bonds and buyback stock. I would question his decision if he sits on cash in hope of another deal. He needs to put the brakes on CURRENT share price and then look at other assets.
I cant see buybacks happening yet. I hope I have missed something though.
I would say no. They have been steadily buying bonds back recently, and from what I understand, this last transaction was to buy the remaining bonds. No RNS has been issued on any other purchase
I assume so. Utter carnage really. Not even sure AA can navigate out of this at the moment, and not of his making either.
A bond holder was aware that the bond could be bought back from the 12th and as far as I know were anticipating this. Nothing has happened, and results are delayed. Could infer from this many things, but there is a reason why the bond hasn't been bought, as if it was they could have announced a share buyback and/or dividend this week when results are out, now they cannot. That is what I am deducing.
