Curious. (I know little but does this free up restricted cash??) .......The Group has now replaced all cash securities held in trust in respect of DSAs with decommissioning surety bonds of the same value. At the end of 2019, the
Group had in issue $206.5 million of surety bonds (2018: nil). The Group’s A rated (Moody’s) surety providers include
Aspen, Liberty Mutual, Travelers and Westport.

Oil has had an odd night, drop but coming back now. Anyone short will struggle to close their positions on this without a few issues today...the main one being losing a lot of money.

I frequent twitter and uk.investing boards, and the absolute dispair that the ftse and dow are not capitulating as planned is a sight to behold. OK...never say never, but these guys are having severe anxiety attacks over it

think this will unfortunately retrace a bit...oil a little down...markets a bit cra ppy and will continue to be. AA has to pull a rabbit out the bag.

IF this oil price remains, and IF the Dow and Ftse can behave for a least a little while, and IF AA keeps the dividend, and IF AA does a small deal...we may..just may be out of the woods price wise (I am totally confident in the company btw, but refuse to accept this cra ppy price) Then, on some reasonable exit, I am buying some stuff...I dont know, a classic car, some gold, a house...all of this and more. Fed up with the way the World is run now....leave me in my log cabin fishing thanks.
